  • I got Jake pike very good payed £ 90.00

  • Best regards fron GReece!! One more time an excellent work from you

  • @pakos30 Thank you very much.

  • Over here I know I could go to the corner store and they would ask me if I had any luck hunting or they'd ask what am I after today? Now if I had been hunting and got some blood on it I'd remove it out of courtesy.

I like how your suit takes so little space. And if need be, you could turn it inside out.

  • @nobull60 Thanks glad you liked the vid.

  • 11:25 huntersvermin disappeared

  • @666Torpedo peek a boo i see you.

  • Especially here on northern ireland youll have the armed response unit on ya in minutes but really gud video... love your work i hunt rabbits in co. fermanagh with an air arms s510 been doin it for three years now an really enjoy it.

  • @dogsoldier945 Yeah i have been buzzed a time or two by army helicopters over the years.

  • Hey hv sorry to keep asking you qestions but can u be sucessfull decoying pigoens in winter because if you can ive got a lot to learn !! Any tips would b very much apreciated. Ps loved corvid chaos 14 pigoens in one day is a thing of dresms for me ha also ejoyed the magpie section

  • @CarpkingG Yes you can decoy wood pigeons in winter, you just need to set up a good hide near a tree if you can safely where the birds are feeding. 10-12 decoys set in a C or V shape pointing roughly into the wind about 25-30 yards away. Be ready and take the birds as soon as they land on the ground or the tree. Glad you liked the DVD.

  • @iiHaCkSsii Yes i have been asked to do a video on setting up and zeroing a scope and will hopefully do one when i get more time.

  • ...further advice you could give me from there? Oh please don't mock but my rifle is a SMK B222 .22 it was literally all I could afford. (Sorry about the double post, I know it's wrong!)

  • I'm really impressed with the professional level of your videos. I'm totally new at this to the extent I've only had my first rifle for a week and am waiting for a scope to be delivered. I have looked into the English air rifle laws and have a number of farms in my area who i'm sure could do with pest control help. I fancy the idea of eating what I shoot so plan on rabbiting. My fist item on my agenda is to practice and practice until I'm comfortable I could actually make a one shot kill! - any

  • very good video mate looking forulwould to your next one

  • @delharrier Thank you.

  • I did notice that it is not that quiet when the fabric is moved around.. A great idea, just would like to have it made in a softer fabric so as to be more quiet. P.S. a commercial suit on this side of the pond would only run you a couple dollars more then your netting. It's likely to have a lot to do with market size.

Gearboxhero..P.S. You ever thought of coming over to Canada?

  • @gearboxhero Yes the price of some Ghillie suits in the UK are getting lower too. You could make the suit from other softer netting which would make it much quieter to stalk in.

  • will a silencer help with the sound of a spring powered air rifle?

  • @ReidG13 Not so much a spring powered air rifle as the mechanical noise on firing is the loudest noise. But a silencer really helps with the noise of a pcp powered air rifle.

  • You finally convinced me, so I bought a Benjamin NP XL 1100 in .22 cal, tuned it in and

my first crow fell this morning.... Nice Suit, I've got my blind, but a gillie suit would be

a great addition to my gear, Thanks for the motivation.... Keep-em coming....

  • @48vdcwrld Your welcome and good shooting.

  • Will a silencer reduce the power of my air rifle?

  • @CarpkingG No it shouldn't in fact it might increase it.

  • Thx for the idea

  • Yoyve posted some awesome air rifles videos and i have to say your tips are second to none.made my own pellet holder and getting materials for sticks this week,i made a ghillie suit out of a few old bits of camo clothing and pigeon nets, looks alright...i cant even watch your vids without getting anxcious to get out myself. Keep up the awesome work and keep the great vids coming :-)

  • @The1983matt Thank you very much, glad that you liked and found my vids useful.

  • great vids. i'll keep watching. ps,my daughter loves your"accent",lol.

  • to all u airguns who live in the states or aka the US the price for the camo netting at wlamart is $11 dollars. Hope this gives u an idea of the cost. @HuntersVermin great review...keep up the great work.

  • I made one of those game cariers they work great

  • Excellent video - loved the reference to "hunkers"!! Not heard that since I left home 20 years ago. Very effective suit - thanks for taking the time to upload your video.

  • thanx for getting back to me, my local gun store does netting cheap so will give it a go and let u know how i got on thanx again keep up the good work.

  • Will they roost in winter in the same place they do in summer ?

  • Thanks for your reply i will be using an air gun (air arms s400 carbine 2.2)so i will use about 5 decoys or 10 ? I have premission in a wood where i no they roost in summer so i will try that aswell cant wait to get one in the pan! You should get your dvd on amazon millions of people will see it!! Keep up the good work mate

  • Man you get a thumbs up for the suit and also for whoever turned on the lathe that piece looks beautiful. Awesome!

  • Nicely done!

  • dead on vid lad.

  • Great vid. Deffo gunna make one as soon as I get my new RIfle

  • nice job with the suit , Belfast man.

  • @mcavlan65 Thanks.

  • Can you make an revieuw off al you gear you useing? and witch air rifle is the best to begin with? that will be so great! love your video's thumbs up!!!

  • Fantastic yet again, great video and ill make myself one. Can the material be sprayed, i would spray it shades of brown and dark green to blend in, if you want to use it in wooded areas

  • @gopherbar Yes you could just try it on a scrap piece to make sure it wont react to it. You could also add other different coloured pieces of cammo netting to it.

  • when are you going to make more hunting videos

  • @bbgunmaster98 I hope to get out soon, as i have been very busy lately.

  • AMAZING!!!

  • @flyod26 Thanks.

  • Great Idea! I'll make one for squirrel hunting here in the U.S.

  • @Thornius50 Thanks.

  • cracking suit at half the price i think i will be making one of these thanks

  • @thestokie3 Glad you liked it.

  • fantastic.

  • @eggheg22 Thanks.

  • the good thing with this suit is that the absence of legs helps to break up the human outline better.maybe another idea would be to enhance the camo by spraying other natural colours onto it,perhaps a flecktarn effect?

  • @46FreddieMercury91 You could add different coloured pieces of cammo netting to it here and there.

  • has anyone ever told you how awesome you are?

  • @BrandonBAMF197 You might just be the first, thanks.

  • very very good my friend. this is very awesome. Were you a SBS commando in English millitary ?? your camouflage is the best that which is made in a house :) Don't give up make a video like yours best wishes too you.

  • @kayanugasim1 Thank you very much but no i was never in the millitary, don't think they would have me as i have two flat feet.

  • Another Master Class, thanks for sharing David

    atb t .....

  • @tadpoles10 Thanks for watching.

  • very nice !

  • @Julinho1986 Thank you.

  • Great job!!

  • @xxTOTEMxx Thanks.

  • Great video, yeah I have a leaf suite, got it when I was into bow hunting, cost $100 at cabela's , nothing fancy just a shell, I'll try to load it up one of these days.

  • Ha few mistakes there

  • Exellent videos hunters learnt a lot. When decoying for pigoens can you have too many decoys? Also have you tryd finding were thry roost and waiting for them to come in for the nite? Ps bedt vids on youtube ill be ordering corvid chaos asap

  • @CarpkingG For a shootguner i don't think that you can have too many decoys but for an air guner if you put too many out incoming birds will have less room to land in range and be more likely to land so close to a decoy that it will see its a fake and fly off. Roost shooting can be fun but most of the wooded areas around me are off limits.

  • your my hero

  • Good video and great end product

  • @snaggletooth555 Thank you.

  • Very nice. I will make one for myself! Thank you.

  • i want to be a tree lol nice one mate looks good

  • @85k11 Thanks.

  • you are an actuall legend! everything i have learnt on hunting has come from your videos!

  • @85dfinn Thank you and thanks for watching.

  • (continued) I made mine back in the 80's while in the army and it has stood the test of time although we had to tie ours in using wax free dental floss as we didn't have hot glue guns then. There's a lot more to it but I don't have enough characters to type. Good effort though and I don't mean to criticise your post.

  • @Argyll1000 Yes your right it is noisy thats why i only use it for static hunts were i am not moving. Its nowhere as good as a proper ghillie suit like the one you made in the army as your life depended on it. But for what i use it for it works very well didn't cost much and was made in a couple of hours.

  • That netting is no good mate as it rustles like buggery. You’re best getting hold of hessian or burlap sacks and an old RAF flight suit. Dye some in different colours i.e. brown, green etc. Cut them in to strips and hot glue them on your flight suit but don't bunch too many of the same colours together. Remove the frayed edges of the hessian. ( continued above)

  • That works ok! Nice one! As you say, it would frighten the crap out of some old biddy walking her dog! Looks like the Reaper!

  • @moleman1961 Yeap i done it once by accident and don't plan to do it again.

  • love ur videos. roughly how much does the netting cost please and would you be able to get it from army and navy stores thanx

  • @MrButterbean1978 It depends on the size mine cost £24.99 and was 3m x 1.5m but you should be able to get camo nets in most army surplus or hunting stores, even do a web search.

  • I look forward to each new installment from an avid airgun hunter like you.

    good hunting,

  • @Indianwoodsman Thank you very much.

  • Brilliant and informative as always. Nice lathe too. You could make a dvd just on hides, sticks, rests and suits. Regards.

  • @Bilbo107 Thank you glad you liked it.

  • نايس جوب nice job

  • @y9ybk Thank you.

  • very nice bud..

  • @moonbear Thanks.

  • nice job , who tout you how to make it ?

  • @dahui1463 It was something that i had thought up myself as i needed someway of better camouflaging myself when sitting in ambush without building a hide.

  • nice vid,keep it coming

  • @FIELDROX Thank you.

  • Dude great vid nut it's Ghillie suit not gillie

  • @MrSaucysniper66 Thanks your right fixed it there. Funny though in the Dictionary its slept gillie (a sportsman,s attendant in the highlands) which is where the Ghillie suit came from.

  • very cool idea. thorough video. please keep more tips like this coming. You are doing a fantastic job.

  • @coyotehunter118 Thank you very much.

  • Thought the string was a tampon

  • @LetsRapeCow That would be one big tampon.

  • Very cool!

  • @Teammohawkoutdoors Thanks.

  • Awesome!!

  • @SoopaMario1 Thanks.

  • not bad my Irish friend not bad at all

  • @kennysteez Thank you.

  • another good vid keep them coming. Also noticed the 1way in the back ground . Would not mine seeing some of your turnings. Must be some thing in common with air gunners and turning as I have been at it for 20 years

  • @gmwoodturner Ah my father is the wood turner in the family and he makes some nice stuff, maybe i should tell him to start a turning channel.

  • Awesome

  • @WILDadventures76 Thanks.

  • you should do woodworking vids

  • @16monarchsoccer Now thats an idea.

  • nice this is very good!

  • @InfectedProject2011 Thank you.
