The reason I believe Independence was declared was that the leadership that was recently elected in Serbia was moderate and actually is behind the decision. Even though they publicly show another face against independence, they are actually for it. Kosovo is now another nation, not that I agree with that decision, it is just the reality of the situation. Its over and its time to move on.
