I campaigned for the homeless and unemployed in the early 1980s when Victoria saw a number of major industries shut down.

The Supreme Court has ruled that a "natural born" citizen must have two American parents (this was after the 14th Amendment was ratified) but Vattel's "Law of Nations" (1758) says the FATHER must be a citizen. Either way, Obama doesn't qualify.

It all comes down to only two facts.

Obama inc., didn't show for the hearing because;

a. As his lawyer stated, it was frivolous and had all been proven countless times before.

b. Team Obama could not prove his eligibility with the documentation he possesses and the fact his father was not a U.S. citizen.

It's either one or the other. But, seeing that it's a known fact that his eligibility status has never been contested in a court room, option (a) is a lie!

So we're left with (b). Simple!
