I think you're supposed to go past the goal. Try to go below the tape, i believe thats how to do it. but im not sure.

according to youtube that's the limit for videos (i've seen more than 10 minute vids on here tho) i think the longer the vid file the bigger it is and u can only upload an 'x' amount of megs or w/e.
