Look up a site called " chestofbooks ", they are old books that are free to read online, (no downloading required), on the left click on "reference". There is a three volume set from the early 1900's, that contains info of many different types homemade products and many oldschool formulas, lotions, potions, etc. etc.. I think it may have some info that you may like.
with those same ingredients you can make your laundry soap too as well as other cleaners as well. so you are saving 2 PLASTIC bottles from the landfill and using these same 5 ingredients to do the job of many. that math seems eco friendly to me.
Drop the eco crap part. To save fuel by not transporting dishwashing powder to the market????? You are telling us to buy FIVE containers that all need to be transported to the market. Pay attention!! I will try this because I want to save money. Thanks for the demo!! OOPS! Forgot the yogurt container=SIX!!!!
Made it up. Used it 4 1 load & loved it! Then the next day it was hard as a rock. Complete waste. Had it in a Rubbermaid container so i dont know what went wrong?

It's always fun to watch those who know nothing about chemistry instruct others who know nothing about chemistry.

I use dish detergent in my whirlpool tub. Can I use this in the tub? And can you use salt in the whirlpool tub?
