not good, although it doesnt really matter the fan speed you need to know how much CFM of air pumps(Cubic Feet/min)

heres the problem with that nitrogen freezes the water in the air ice melts and water runs onto the mother board

thats why they use extremely good insulation to prevent condensation

that doesnt happen, what happens is that when it freezes the moisture in the air it ebapurates at the same rate as the liquid nitrogen, because its not adding anything thus making the moisture heavier.
