Bissell is nota great product- Works fine a few times but after a year forget it

the set up is my problem too. i borrowed from a friend who lost the directions. they show how great it works but not how to set up. :(

Nobody's better than Bissel???? This machine is extremely light duty!!!! Do not buy this machine. Save your money and buy either a refurbished professional machine for maybe 300 or 500 bucks. You will own it for life. This Bissel will last maybe a couple years with regular use. I bought a Rug Doctor for $300. It's waaaay better than this bissel. Even I should have waited though and found a refurbished professional machine. That's better than even the Rug Doctor.

@mine1username HAA rug doctor i call tht rug crapper they dont clean real god and only go in reverse.
