Well to get it to work you have to download a wm converter. It is on MOD and it should be on AVI

or you can get a free software called SD converter and it will make it widescreen(with out the box around it).

when ever you upload a video make sure you have it backed up on ur computer. Then go to everio backup then drag and drop hope it helps!

Hi, thank you for the clear video, I have a question on this camera: according to trustedreviews, you can't use the "one touch upload" button unless you've already shot your vid in youtube mode, is that true? Also, does that mean videos in "youtube mode" are smaller and not good enough to watch on your tv, or does the mode just limit the videosize to 10 minutes ?

i have this exact same camcorder but everytime i try using the one-touch uploader, it doesn't let me. it says something about all of the information not being able to be retrived. do you have any idea how to fix this or know what i'm dong wrong. it would be a big help =)

this specific jvc model has a one-touch upload to youtube. it was mostly made for making youtube videos, and not have to go through all of the trouble

Seems a great camera but much cheaper on ebay than QVC! What is the max zoom these days 35x is good but is this the max now ?
