ok...follow these steps: 1-go into itunes. 2-go to Itunes store. 3-then up...you will find APP STORE. 4-go down and press FREE APPS--> see all 5-then, on any app press GET APP 6-and you will find create account.

by this way you will get the NONE botton, but if you sung up in anathor way i'll never work :p
