  • Wow great!!!

    Very good....Thumbs up Gunny ❤☆҉‿↗⁀☆҉❤☆҉‿↗⁀☆҉❤¯`'

  • @Corviniana - Thanks precious, now let's get you squared away or move out here with me!

    My clan has room.

    Much love and support,

    Gunny

  • 189 almost worthless comments.

    Friends,

Instead of "schooling me", I suggest you get busy yourself stocking up on food, water, firewood.

I will turn off comments and erase all of them if I get one more: "you should do this".

I've practiced to survive with a knife, a tarp, shoelaces and an empty 2 litre bottle.

    So, Fuck all of you.

Start living your own lives or show me your storeroom, water storage, supplies etc.

Only then will you be ready & have the RIGHT to comment on my preparation.

  • Man, get yourself some more shelves, get those paper bags of sugar and flour at least off the floor.

I found the large “vittles vaults” found at pet-smart work well, gamma lids, food grade too.

    Other then that, look good.

  • @phantomcharger - Can you read? """ I stated the food is spread out and not packed up so the assortment can be seen.""" about 35 times in 3 years! X 2!!!

  • we need to make our elected officials plant fruit trees on the sides of the roads. Loooong stretches of highways all across America with millions of city-planted trees paid for by TAX-PAYERS, and NONE of them are fruit trees!

  • This will come in handy when the Republicans aloud the Banks to Destroy the Economy. with there New Risky Loans I wish I was Joking but im Not. Just think of all the Mass Looting that's going to Happen. going to the Grocery Store will be like Going to War....!

  • @METALMAN4Wii - yeah right bozo, what has the ape in the white house done for you or any Americans.

IMO, we are 10 times worse off today than in November 2008!

    Now, STFU and stay away.

  • You need to store the dry goods in containers, flour, sugar, cereal etc.....non of this will be any good if it's under water and gets wet nor will it be of any use if the house collapses on it. just sayin....

  • Good sensible stuff.. I might add seeds.. stock up on seeds for a garden also canned heat , files for sharpening axes. fishing gear water purifying tablets..I have been wanting to do this for years.Have many things put away and now will go about it more..Buy what you can a little at a time when you shop. You can make a dehydrator to dry your own veggies etc.The hardest part is making all this stuff..it is less expensive Make your own dried meat..its actually fun to do

  • Uh, you don't think nerds haven't figured out a way around it somehow? Uh, you'd be naive to think not.

  • I really don't understand why people show their stash. THINK ABOUT IT. 57k views, out of the 57 thousand,.. probably a dozen are tracking the ip address and working to locate the property. SHTF it's safe to say you'll have 10-15 ppl armed with a home invasion in mind, there goes your family.

  • @Tanarus20 Uh, have you figured out a way to hack YT and view IP addresses? You'd probably be the first lol

  • @Tanarus20 - That is a crazy assumption.

Bring em' on. First the nerd that can track me, doesn't have 20 friends that can band together for a poker game, let alone storm my place.

second, if they are that smart, they would see mine and your neighbors are much easier sheeple like targets.

Third, the internet will be switched off before the shtf or the lights go out.

    Carry On,

    Gunny

  • you need to get some ventilated wire shelving and get the food up off the floor. You're asking for rodent problems. Metro is one brand, but search for "Focus" which is similar but about 50% of the price. Katom (dot)com has it cheap!

  • oorahh gunny!

  • you need more food i would aim for a years worth at any given time then rotate it out

  • Ready for a class 4 outbreak.... you will survive the zombie apocalypse!

  • If you plan for long-term survival... Why do you have Crisco?

    ^_^

    I'm kidding, looks great!

  • firearms? you have firearms to right im guessing, but i bet you dont keep them in the garage, lol, im just guessing because you seem to be preparin for sumthin, and you need something that will sling some lead, am i correct?

  • I'm gratified to see how much you've stored, I come pretty close :)

  • Looks good, a lot of people forget to date and label their dry goods and then it is always rotate them. That way your food is as new as possible when shtf..

  • I did prepare for Y2K and nothing!! but is better to have it and not need it , then need it and not have it.

I guess im the only survivalist in Mexico!..lol

We are currently building a laundry room (concrete and steel) wich will also serve as our food storage room, plus im also keeping water in 5gln. bottles in a closet and plus our pantry will hold a good amount of can food for my family and me, im gathering all the advice i can from you guys....Thank You.

  • Food stores are a good idea. However, here are some tips from a pest control person. Get rid of the ALL cardboard. Liquids should be stored in glass or thick plastic. Get rid of the wood shelves. Used metal wire shelves like the ones used in restaurants. Canning, vacuum sealing, and dehydrating are great methods to help store food.

  • Dear Ones, storing up food and water for survival is hopeless. Relying on yourself is hopeless. Trying to control all aspects of our lives is hopeless. Give up your hopelessness. Take a look at the books The Great Controversy and Early Writings.

Along with the Bible hope can be found. ellenwhiteestate. Period organization. Thank you.

  • @bornbythesea Apparently you choose to be the grasshopper.

  • @Imjetta7 Ants will get raped and ripped off by people with bigger guns and bigger gangs. The prophet says that God will provide for his people like He did for Elijah. Your only hope is Christ, my friend!! Read National Sunday Law for more info. Peace.

  • @bornbythesea My hope is in Christ, my trust is in Christ, my faith is in Christ. That's why I don't trust the arm of flesh to protect me, to feed me, to clothe me. Until Christ comes, we'll eat.

  • @Imjetta7 Amen brother.

  • how long will coffee keep?

  • I have one question...what for?

  • @togo002 -

    OMG..... moron

  • @travelinguy06 not really, your country is one of the most stable of all....WW2 couldn't even touch it

  • @togo002 the economic collapse -______- #

  • @togo002 SO he as the the energy to manage people like you when society collapses and you become slaves.

  • @togo002 Open your eyes, go to the grocery store, look at prices, failling economy

  • @togo002 It's called "Preparedness"; you should try it.

  • @togo002

Do you live in a bubble? Never watch the news nor read a book that isn't science fiction?

  • @mememe123xyz I'm not sure if you could call it news and I'm not sure if you could call it literature but I had the impression that the US is the impregnable fortress of freedom so having a foreign invasion force step on american soil, for me, is unlikely but if even you don't trust your own forces then I guess we're all screwed. BTW I live in the Philippines and bombings are an unfortunate fact of life for us but few of us are stockpiling like that.

  • ARe you ready for the NWO

  • you should get the stuff off the floor tho.. everything should be up for sanitary purposes

  • wE ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BUILD A BASEMENT ONTO OUR EXISTING HOME SO WE CAN HAVE ROOM FOR THIS STORAGE AND AS FALLOUT SHELTER AS WELL. CAN IT BE DONE?

  • @dbrtripp

Building a basement on an existing home? Mmmm.. My imagination is not powerful enough to picture that happening. :) I'm no engineer though, but hey, anything is possible.

  • that guy called you a pussy because his subconscious told him "you are a pussy, cause you are not prepped like this guy

  • @traydog2009 - That's funny!

  • @travelinguy06 dont buy into these trolls

  • @travelinguy06 He is calling you p**** in the sense that he/she thinks that you are being paranoid. But dont worry, is "TSHTF" scenario does really happens in the future, you will be very prepared and that other guy who criticizes you wont know what to do to bring food to his table. So, great job at being prepared. In my case, I live at the city, so I dont even think its worth me preparing like you have done since security here would be very bad in the cities (no guarantee of your own things)

  • some of the ladies in my hometown could go through all this in a few days ;p

  • Good job! Now, may we have the address and the times when the home is unoccupied?

  • @mediamadman747 - WTF is that stupid comment about?

  • @travelinguy06 You have to prepare a big knife, and maby a gun.. cause when the time will come, i think ppl will try to steal all the food they can get.. But that guy is just fucked up, lol.

  • @travelinguy06 what do u think? Hes one of those that say he wont plan, if anything bad happens he'll just take what the people have that planned for it

  • @travelinguy06 I think it was a joke.

But if you dont find that funny be sure to have your gun ready for the next troll that

    comes through your window

  • @mediamadman747 Sure! I will give you the address: Its 555 Figaro St. (Between John Doe BLVD and Joe Schmoe Pl.) ACME, FL 02666 and it will surely be unoccupied on the following date: December 21st, 2012 at exactly 11:11 AM (EST) happy? :-)

  • @qualitylife84 - This punk has an empty page, just like his belly will be in the future.

  • just one more piece of advice, get all that stuff out of paper, plastic bags, cardboard boxes and into heavy plastic pails or glass jars, one mouse could ruin your stash over night.

  • @dave4854 - If it was all "Stored away"( like it is now), no one could see what was being stored.

Ps.... mice don't eat that much.

  • I don't put my business out in the street as i don't have to brag about what I have, but you can believe one thing, i have enough food to last 8 people a couple yrs and beyond. I don't make movies, but i could email you plenty of photos of my supplies and i have put them on many survival sites.. You can take me as a moron or troll, but you better lay in the dry foods that I mentioned or you may get very hungry if the SHsTF and we have an economic collapse.

  • @dave4854 - ( months later and you haven't emailed me shit dude.)

  • not bvad for short term, but where is the ton off each, wheat, rice, dry beans and all the seasonings to go with them?

  • You'd make the guy in "I Am Legend" proud. I worry about the worst, but not at all prepared for it. I'll have to hit you up if shit hits the fan. :)

  • @Xolette - Please read the "More info" section.

Copy and paste the list and then start working on it.

Little by little is better than nothing.

    Good Luck and Best wishes,

    Gunny

  • SECONDLY IMPORTANT.....CAN OPENER x2 ...THEY BREAK EASY!!!!

  • First and Most important, Pray..... take a momen to yourself , alone , and pray. Peace and blessings, be strong and in every situation, ask yourself....what would Jesus do.

  • @REV7verse9 In a 'SHTF' scenario, there would be no time to contemplate possible mythical characters, prayers would be a waste of time UNLESS you happen to be the very few humans on this planet with 'super human' powers/skills, and even then, prayers to possible mythical characters would not be necessary as we all humans have our own powers within us, but the majority of us either don't understand how to use them, or activate them, specially when we need it the most. I say, meditate a lot.

  • Love your channel my friend :) great video

  • Need more salt. A lot more salt.

  • Dont foget silver and gold people.

  • @zrzr4 - Why???

You can't eat the shit and it will be worthless for "barter".

    Buy tobacco, guns, ammo, booze...

    Anything but "Gold and Silver".

Sorry to be so blunt but think it through and you will see where i am coming from.

    Thanks for the visit.

    Best,

    Gunny

    Seattle

  • You have a great supply!

    AmericanSurvival101 dot com

  • I live in S. Florida. We do this on a smaller scale once a year. In our home we have basically 2 categories of goods-long shelf life and short. Long is things like the camp stove, tools, candles, like that. Food, water, medicine, batteries, that's short-they get rotated. Believe me, these days too many down here aren't ready for more than 24 hours of Cat 3 aftermath. We won't even go into Cat 5...

  • @gigantopithecus01 I will never understand that mentality! Hurricanes happen often enough that stocking up should NEVER be a rushed, last minute or outright neglected issue. I live in earthquake country. People bitch after every small one about the damage. When I ask what they have done to prepare for a big one I get blank stares.

    Amazing.

  • @WurledPeas It's sad. Really sad. I mean, 3 days food takes up so little space !

  • Where the hell is the alcohol gunny?? You know, JD, beer, wine, etc....lol.

  • Prepare now people!

Go to this site for help:

    AmericanSurvival101 dot blogspot dot com

  • Nice. These people who think nothing can happen to them or the "Government" will take care of them make me laugh! I've stockpiled food, weapons, ammo, the works for my family. Enough for 1 year. I'm Retired Army Military Police and trust me, Help isn't coming when the S*it hits the fan.

  • don't for get your guns.

  • SIGH.

The people who stock food also stock guns and ammo. If you live you're gonna look like the goony bandits from Home Alone.

  • @chadj79 You realize that 98% of people who stock up like this have guns right? And they already have plans set out to deal with looters.

  • @naughtyfeline - indeed. well said brother.

  • i really enjoy hearing all the people who sit on here planning to rob for food ok people this is why you need guns and ammo for douche bags like this they are going to be every where and coming out of the cracks like fucking rats and to you chad i wish you would why in gods name would you think that wold be easier then stocking up your own food we have guns too you think your just going to walk in and demand food hahahahaha id shoot you dead on site then feed you to my dogs you fuck

  • lmao!!! good luck im sure he has guns and ammo too lol!

  • So how do you figure on doing that without getting shot?

Especially since you will be cold, tired and hungry.

  • Since when and who has been telling you to do this ? To store food, and buy Silver, etc.

  • @urkingod - I am not sure what you mean??

No one has "told" me to do this.

It is common sense to be preparred for the unexpected.

100 years ago, all Americans had a dry storage basement and stored enough food for at least 6 months.

We have been decieved into believing our food (in supermarkets) will ALWAYS be available.

Our food distribution network is fragile at best.

    Thanks for the visit.

    Gunny

  • Great list, Gunny. A few comments:

Milk jugs are biodegradable(will leak eventually) and CANNOT be sterilized. I would recommend purpose built water cans like the Jerrys or other commercial type. They are about $10 at the Chinese embassy for the Reliance Brand. Also, unless you use LOTS of milled flour I would not recommend it as a long term storage item. It gets rancid quickly. (caveat: canned nitrogen sealed flour last 15+ years)

    Well done, Gunny.

  • @WurledPeas

I was just about to say that about the translucent water jugs. They are not suitable for long storage. I learned this the hard way. Also you need to seal the flour, sugar, and other softs inside a mylar bag with dessicant, and use either a plastic bin or 5 gal can to store and protect it.

  • @WurledPeas - I agree completely and thanks for the comments!

    Best,

    Gunny

  • Don't forget the can opener.

  • Good for you, but please get it up off of concrete, any chemicals in concrete will absorb into your food storage.. Keep going, and you and yours will be fine.

  • IS IT TIME?! Go to USRevolution2 (dot com) and get your flag of the Second American Revolution. Theyre made in America and look exactly like the flag of Betsy Ross with a Roman numeral II in the center of the 13 stars. This flag is now in all 50 states and spreading from porch to porch. They make great gifts for family, friends and recovering Liberals.

  • ooo rah gunny!

  • just one criticism - anything not sealed in plastic, glass, or mylar is just asking for an insect and/or rodent risk

  • @2manytaxes

plastic is not a defense. We had a few heavy duty plastic wheeled containers that rodents chewed right through from the bottom up a number of years ago. so if plastic containers are used, they need to be sealed to prevent any scent of food, and kept in a place rodents can not get into.

  • @2manytaxes - Can you read? """ I stated the food is spread out and not packed up so the assortment can be seen.""" about 35 times in 3 years!

  • Great Video!

The end of America as we know it is near!

    You can see more here:

    DeathOfTheDollar2010.BlogSpot DotCom

  • Až se to stane budou krajem chodit hladové tlupy lidí a střílet se navzájem. Čím méně bude lidí tím více zbyde pro ty, kteří přežijí. Ty vyjdeš před dům a oni tě zastřelí. Potom si vemou tvoje zásoby. Nejsi jediný kdo vlastní zbraň.

  • The feds will no longer exist. Local governments and perhaps local warlords will forage, into homes, for anything they can carry back for trade or rationing. That includes your supplies, your property, and perhaps even you. Assume nothing prepare for it all.

    Nice gear gunny

  • Thanks for the good comment and the visit.

    Best,

    Gunny

  • they can try.. but I would be armed at the door with more people behind me telling them move along they could shoot me but then it would be a shoot out

  • The gov'ment's hands will be too full trying to deal with riots. They don't know who does and doesn't have food and there are 300,000,000+ people in the USA. If there is wide-spread rioting, they will be too busy with that to go looking for food to take and redistribute.

  • The economy sucks atm, I found a website giving away food card to people who's area qualifies, found the info at bootdanger, com if anyone wants. Hope it helps, remeber to stay positive.

  • If everything falls apart, the gov'ment will be too busy imposing Marshal Law and dealing with people on the street... they won't have time to be going door to door asking people for spare food.

  • They won't "ask" for it.

Best wishes to you and yours,

    Gunny

    9/12/09

  • exactly look at Katrina they forced them selves into peoples houses for firearms... Please tell me you have some sort of firearm Gunny, if not how will you protect you your family and your supplies? Just a concerned youtuber.... _-Gunfuego-_

  • They wont be "asking for food" per say but will be offering/providing/enforcing "House Checks" to see if all is well and safe.

With all that fire power and legwork in your house at the same time who will be able to fire on what amounts to fellow citizens when TSHTF?

I say hide, hide, hide your goods. Leave what amounts to your better (NOT BEST) guns and such in the gun cabinet for all to see. Keep the best stuff hidden AWAY from ALL eyes.

Not telling 1 SOUL where it is.

  • Because when it comes to family and friends, the children & sustenance take priority over all things, even your relationships. "The babies have to eat." Heirloom guns are expected to be in the gun case. Leave them there as a deterrent and "carry on something offal".

Speaking the TRUTH in things like: "That was my Dads gun!" "That's MINE!!"

"Misdirection" is key here when you are essentially being robbed. Think ahead and you'll come out OK. Just don't laud you victory here either.

  • i believe they try to cause civil unrest so they can impose martial law to finish us off.its more than obvious to me the leaders of this country are so controlled by the bankers and oil companies.what we need to do is start to listen to these people who claim they can generate power by other means than oil solar or wind.why is there no research money spent on using water for fuel or magnets for electric?overunity is possible and our energy should be next to free.this will free the people.

  • Good work dude, although I'd get the sacks of food off the floor as they might absorb moisture from the concrete. Try stocking some sprouting supplies if you haven't already, they're a great way of providing fresh greens

  • Sweet set up dude...storm is coming folks, the writing is on the wall now*

  • More salt... salt can be used as a commodity if SHTF. Gunny thanks for sharing.

How are you storing your water? Do you treat it? How long is your rotation schedule? Have you added a filter to your kit?

  • HA HA

    i meant deer not beer...

but maybe some whisky would also be good...

a magnifying glass(start fires) mirror, and a compass, loud whistle (in case u in trouble compound fracture)

this is in case u have to leave u home and stocked pantry like gunny got

    solar flashlight or crank type

    don't get anything needs batteries

all i mentioned hand powered and reusable

  • flint or lighter fluid plus old style lighter for making fires

fishing hooks & line, saws(small ones w/ big teeth)

    , rope, weather gear,

MANY knives of various types, bow/arrows, and water purifier/pills

plus book on edible plants / critters

(some frogs kill u just like mushrooms, etc)

and watch tube videos how to skin/gut animals BEFORE u need to do it...

i just finished vids skinning gutting squirrel, beer, turkey, etc...

    learn BEFOREHAND

  • Man. I wish I was your neighbour.

  • Just think if every american did this and then came together! I dont think we could be a force to be challenged. But the problem is coming together, people can not break down that barrier until its too late.

  • Indeed.

Thanks for the visit and take care.

    Gunny

  • Unfortunately almost half the country will run to the government and demand that they forcibly seize extra supplies like you have under the guise that you're a "food hoarder", so be careful how public you make your preparations

  • I would like to add, Lead ingots, for bullet casting. In tough times it's worth more than gold.

  • dude good thinking.....and another thing you should stalk up on is weapons...just in case this one world order theory is true because i wont follow any bullshit like that...i'm gonna fight back with everything i have...i believe anythings possible...so stalk up on food and weapons and build some underground houses or something like that prepare for everything and anything and prepare for the worst

  • Thx 4 the positive comments.

    Good luck to all.

    Gunny

    6/9/09

  • i see salt there, really good idea, people may store food but forget even the most basic things like salt, cooking fat (the crisco), tp, etc...

  • wow! i thought i was stocked up you have a room full

    great video 5/5

  • Good thing you have some kool-aid packets. I Don't know how anyone can survive without it!

  • Good Video,

You are organized, disciplined, focused, and well prepared. Good job!

  • Nice pantry!!! And way to prepare! Watch out for rats and mice though. If they get in there, they will just plow through all the paper and plastic bags of stuff. I cringed when I saw that. During a famine, don't underestimate those rodents. They have been known to chew their way through MRE boxes and then the plastic outer bag. They will find or chew a way in to your pantry. May I suggest thick 5 gal buckets to store that stuff? And keep the videos coming!

  • I am by no means a paranoid or even a survivalist....but this economic situation is getting so bad that I have started to take some measures...."just in case". Bought $5000 worth of silver coins (old 1964 kennedy halves), a crossbow, machete, stocking up on toilet paper....all kinds of stuff. I am "very" concerned about the future....God help us (chose the god of your choice.......)

  • You are what is called a "prepper". You prep or make preparations. Preparing for tough times. Nothing wrong with that. It is simply a wise course of action in this day and age. There are a lot more of you than you think.

  • I"d rather prepare for something that will never happen, than be un-prepared for something that will happen.

  • nice, hope you have a way to defend it

  • Guess you have not seen my knife throwing or armory vids yet ;-)

    Thx 4 the visit.

    Gunny

  • beer and cigarettes? No, I can't live survive without them!

  • Got em Bro!

  • you're cool.

  • tp cfx5000: actually, now that you mention it ill bet cigarettes would be good to barter with....keep a case of Marboros on hand

  • I made the comment in jest but you're right. Cigs would eventually become a very valuable commodity.

  • What's it going to hurt to be ready. Nothing happens no big deal. Something does happen, we will be fine. People like you will be coming to us for food and water.

  • Hey I think I saw a bunch of one gallon water jugs? A word of warning, those things will split at the seems after extended period of time. My buddy warned me about this but after about 6 months, one by one the started leaking. I started buying cases of bottled water. The small bottles are made with a different plastic and last much longer. My 2 cents.

  • I'd be a little worried about the items in paper packaging like the flour, sugar, and salt. They are vulnerable to moisture, rodents, bugs, etc.

  • Lots of people think us folks that store water and other supplies for economic collapse or disasters are off our rockers Well I would say to them look at hurricane Katrina and Guestaf Then you may say well I dont live in a hurricane or earth quake area. That is what hundreds of thousands thought up in Kentucky. The Fact is that the poop can hit the fan anywhere you live. And considering what we pay for insurance, NOT having a minimum 3 month supply of necessities is just plain STUPID!

  • Im just curious how long some of those food items will actually last (shelf life) if not eaten.

I regularly stock up on canned fruits and vegetables. Those are going to be the real needed items and with agriculture on the downhill, will be needed. I can easily just catch or hunt down any needed meat, so I dont store as much of that.

All together though, good work. Im definately storing supplies for the hard times ahead. If nothing else, your grocery bill will go down for a while. :)

  • Thanks for the comment.

Bank on most stuff being good for a year.

    Things are happening fast!

Canned goods will last over 5 years if you get a fresh batch.

Rice, Flour, Beans, Sugar, Salt all good for 12-24 months depending on how you store it.

This is all in airtight bins now.

    Best,

    Gunny

  • Good vid. I'm hoping it doesn't come to this cuz my family have enough food to last maybe 2 weeks at most.

  • Very commendable what you have here. And nice tips! Unfortunately, most of the people still don't realize what's coming the next months.

Peace and good luck to you, friend! :)

  • Is this prep because of the economy? Or because of the gun ban comming in 09 by Obama? Or both. Just asking becasue I've started mine.

  • I am not concerned with the ultimate "gun bans".

Those are for the people who register firearms.

Secondary registration is not here in Washington State.

All my guns are bought used.

The food is for the horrid spring and summer of 2009.

No one seems realize that 80% of the USA's 2008 crops were fucked and there will be much less food worldwide in 2009.

    Get Ready!

    Gunny

  • Well done...

A little extra tip: Fish antibiotics are human grade. Check ebay for some great deals on aquarium meds.

    Good luck.

  • Awesome, thanks!

  • More spam.

  • Buried = Very wise

Cool - did you build the bike powered generators yourself?

  • very nice! you'll need much more tho.. and lots of ammo to defend it..

    peace

  • That's a good start. Even a family of 4 is going to need 10 times that amount of grain to make it a year. You've got a good start, but need a lot more shortening, rice, flour... etc.

  • Just my daughter and I.

    Best to you and yours,

    Gunny

  • Hi Gunny, Thanks you for sending me this, its just the type of thing i'm interested in, cheers mate.

    Mike.

  • :-))

  • Thanks for the support.

Best wishes for you and yours as well,

    Gunny

  • No I was just thinking out loud...I live in the city and have a small SUV but I am aware of what everyone is getting ready for...people have always been getting ready for a very long time...but ready for what and when??? I have a small supply of stuff and bug out bag and a small SUV...I remember my dad getting ready for the Y2K crash was that you too? If people prepare for the worst you will always be ready for a period of time. But you will have to adapt to the situation what will you do then?

  • But the problem is they want us to stay in our hidey holes until they get around to each of us. And they will. We must fight a pro-active war to survive and restore Liberty.

  • Nothing wrong with being prepared for bad times. I was raised on home cookin' beans, biscuits etc. but a lot of that stuff is ultimately bad for you. Used to tell a friend that a local dog food plant had a yard full of trailers full of 'supplies' if times got hard enough. 6 weeks into the famine any chow will look good, including your "Liberal" neighbor.

  • nice, i just wish my parents would wake up and get prepared.

  • Thanks.

    Show them my video's.

I am 48 and have 2 teenagers as well.

    Good luck,

  • I think your parents have been around long enough to experience their own battles...

  • too bad you bought toxic food like table salt and crackers with hydroginated crap in them. But I guess when one is hungry it doesn't matter that much. Some people are eating dirt with salt and fat. Yikes... is it really living, if that is what it is coming down to?

  • I am saying if you need to ration to family members, it would be a lot easier if you could stave off your own hunger pangs and coffee is the way to do that to make your supply last longer. Also if Sh!t DOES hit the fan and you have all those "addictives" (cigs, booze, even coffee etc...) the underground market is likely to be huge for those "guilty pleasures", mainly due to our rising sense of entitlement when our needs are cut off, and you could potentially barter those if you needed extra.

  • You're gonna need a lot more coffee if you want to stave off hunger pangs...

  • nice supplies, I thought I was ready!

  • Thanks
