  • Seems I used to hear this song in the strip clubs. Of course when I was much younger.

  • if the kids today only new the real music created back then, its euphoric in nature..its GODS MUSIC

  • @numerouno1969 Lots of kids, myself included, love the music of the 80s, 70s, 60s and farther back. I just can't stand today's music, I only listen to oldies even though it weirds my friends out. :P

  • This song was just haunting. period. I was captured by this song... I was only 16. Wow.

  • Brings back memories of the late 70's....

  • It's the only good track on the album, but what a GOOD track

  • hi all. technically speaknig, is this called disco-music or dance-music or funky-disco?

  • @Aniva66 yeah maybe some sort of funky-disco

  • just awesome

  • this and the acoustic version always come up for me in pandora, noticed that the acoustic vers doesn't have the wooo-hoooo-hoooo part. So i came here to confirm, they should always do the woo hoo part. mistake!!!

  • I saw them at Fort Stewart in 91 or 92 With our twin daughters Emoglakin and Terso goop, they did a good job even though the lead singer was not the original.

  • I always get that feeling when I have ribeyes on the grill..

  • @ThadeoftheNorse so true

  • A time when we had REAL music!!!

  • Was always underated guitarist!!

  • This is the ultimate sex song, what a great groove.

  • Thank you tamerswan! This is indeed an awesome song. Glad to find a twin...

  • this band had class and lots of gonorhea, from all the ladys they scored with from all those touring years...ah life, kinda strange but still fun...lol...

  • Yea, how hot he looked back then, but more so.... how nice he was. The future would hold a different story entirely. Still reminds me of him - when I first met my husband. need I say more?

  • This song always makes me feel awesome..thinking of high school dances..

and how delicious and hot he looked back then..Rock N Roll for eternity..jill:)(:xo

  • one commenter said "it's a shame there's not good music like this today." Well, there is - all the old, great songs are becoming popular again. Why listen to the junk they make today (OK, with a few exceptions), when you can go back and listen to great stuff like this!

  • Slinky and sexy and a most welcome song. Wish i had someone to sing choice parts of this song to in my life. Oh well, at least i found this song. Ha ha!!

  • @crlaw75

    Who's Ronny Hammond?

  • @tthomaselli2, he was the lead singer of Atlanta Rhythym Section.

  • June 1976,,,,,'STARWOOD" Hollywood CA....it was really good....

  • This is my kinda music!!

  • Everytime I heard this song it would take me back to the nights with my highschool sweetheart and how we would sit in my Mach 1 waiting to the last minute before she had to be home. We broke up in '77 and found each other 33 yrs later. Now back together this song still does it for me.

  • Hi Baby, You overwhelmed me today... and everyday! I am so into loving you!

  • Nice!!!! Anyone know what key this is in?

  • @Realtomahawk07 starts in Fm... revolves around Ab....

  • A TITE ROCK,R&B flavor a DAMN good mix to bad this kind groove doesn't exsist anymore!!!!!!!

  • This song gave me naughty fantasies when I was a kid in the 70's... Still does!

  • Thanks for this upload...I grew up listening to this music on the FM radio in the 1970's..so sexy and seductive, I always loved this song, along with "Imaginary Lover".

  • When we were in Macon, Ga back in April '10 to see the Allman Bros play, we went by the Ga Music Hall of Fame....there was some great ARS memoribilia there.

  • when I hear this on the radio its all keyboard, hardly any guitar why is that? did they submit a different mix to the radio stations where they nixed the guitars? in ny this song doesent even get on classic rock stations, just the light fm ones people play in the office that play hall and oats and olivia newton john, i had no idea this was southern rock.

  • so many memories... fun song

  • Ronnie Hammond Rules!! I hear he plays in a local band in Macon these days, love to see him!

  • ummmm yummy

  • Great Great song.

  • Atlanta Rhythm Section's first top-10 hit was "So Into You" in April, 1977 when the single hit #7 on the Billboard Hot 100.

  • TMI, curvy71

  • it's a a shame there's not good music like this today.

  • ah but there IS good music like this today. I think it has something to do with the fact that when we were younger, it was all fresh and new and the magic was everywhere. Now - the mundane and tediousness of everyday life has taken some of our energy that we used to use on this stuff.

  • i agree totally with you hun.

  • @curvy71 actually there is, right here on youtube, were jamming it right now.

thanks a million to youtube and the people who are somehow allowed to post these videos.

youre keeping the music alive, unlike that useless cable channel who claims to be a music channel

  • Love this sexy seductive song from the late 70's.These lyrics just melt me when I hear his voice saying "gonna love you all over ,over & over,me into you ,you into me.Listen baby drivin me crazy..........ummm! Love it!

  • sexiest song EVER!!!

  • This takes me back to Jr. High School in the late 70's.

I joined one of those record clubs where you get the 1st one for a penny then the rest were greatly over-priced just to get the "Champagne Jam" album!!!

  • honeybee212,

LOL, yeah, the group of girls(one from this memory, too) that used to hang out with us guys came up to me one day at lunch and gave me a card that declared I was the best kisser of all the guys they fooled around with, LOL.

I still talk to a few of them online, and they still say that I kissed great, even better than their husbands today, and hell, our 20yr reunion is this fall!!!!

Hell of an accolade, but I'll take it!!!!

I'll take the pimp title, too, lol. Thanks,

  • the best kisser i ever encountered was the guy that took my virginity lol.

  • You've never met me.

  • I'm sure that my wife would prefer that to be the case as well.

  • I was only 10 also.. heard this song on my sister's stereo.. soon after I got my own stereo..

  • This song reminds me of dusk, after school, in South Carolina, down by the lake, with a special girl, burning one, maybe sharing a bottle or having a few beers, this song playing on the car stereo, us lying on the hood, learning about love and how to make it. Not worried about curfew or getting home, just enjoying each other. The way a good ol' Southern boy relaxes with his lady!!!! This brings back GREAT memories!!! Thanks for posting it!!!

  • You're welcome, and that's one lovely memory too...

  • It sure is, and I thank you again for bringing it back!!!

  • Days gone by are well remembered...I have been ther Bro'.
