  • Thats not the Dream Shake! The Dream Shake has the one hand fake, pivot, shot fake and then step layup.

  • 6 Knicks fans disliked this video.

  • HAHAHA, I knew even BEFORE clicking on the video, that the top two comments would be about who came up w/ the "dream shake" hahahahaha god damn

  • This isnt even a full dream shake... if it was, the hook shot would have been another fake. then the shot after that.

  • @randompedestrian63 idk what u said but it looks like u jerk off 2 rondo he sucks Rose is better Deron Will is better Cp3 is better Nash is better rondos not a top 5 PG maybe top 10 at best being 10

  • thumps up if you think randompedestrain63 sounds like a dumbass and needs to shut the fuck up...

  • @represent411 the only dumbass here is you, bud. it's not my fault morons keep responding to me.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 Rondo is the best pg in the league? HAHAHAHAHHA the one that got kicked off team usa??? you said rondon has a jumpshot but just dosnt use it?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA lmao you fail. Rondo is only good cuz he has 3 HALL OF FAMERS to dish the rock to, lets minus all those guys from the celtics and lets see how good rondo is.. Rose, and paul still carried there teams to the playoffs... rondo wouldnt do jack shit.. now shutup you succesfully trolled this video.. congrats..

  • @represent411 lol ur slo hes a tru point guard

  • @applejuice95 Westbrook kinda is better than Rondo westbrook can Score, pass, and he s defensive minded too so yea and he's more athletic than Rondo

  • @z308e Russel Westbrook is not better than Rajon Rondo.

  • watch?v=4aDy8BqEuyE&feature=related :53

    Pistol Petes move!

  • @xKiDxInSaNeX hakeem olajuwon (DREAM shake)

  • @TheDeeFrancis Pete Maravich.!

  • Comment removed

  • thank you so much for using the correct title of the move

  • rondo does it quite well its just rondo adds different elements to the shake itself therefore rondos is not 100% considered the dream shake

  • lol@ kids these days saying rondo or curry does it better than the DREAM.

  • rondo does dream shakes better then oljauwon and curry

  • wilson chandler dislike this

  • thats rondos move and i dont care if hakeem did it first rondo mastered it and it just bugs me how other point guards get the credit for it. like if someone started doing the jamal crawford shake and bake move all the time thats just stupid

  • @hswshorts

bs you can't call it his move if someone else did it decades ago i don't care if rondo "mastered" it. that's hakeem's move because he did this first.

  • @hswshorts you sir are a retard! that's hakeem olajuwon's move! period

  • @araBigmo but rondo brought it back i know hakeem invented it but rondo was the first one in years to start doing it again

  • @hswshorts i agree rondo brought it back and i guess we also both agree that its hakeems move

  • @hswshorts Maybe Rondo was the 1st player to start doing it the NBA after Olajuwon. But just so you know. Curry has been doing the Dream Shake since he was in junior high school. 10 years ago was the 1st time I seen Curry hit someone with the Dream Shake. It was at his father's summer basketball camp in Charlotte. That was in 2001. For all I know he could have been doing it in elementary school.

  • Olajuwon's Dream Shake will always be tops in my mind, but even Hakeem himself admitted that the move is better suited for smaller players. Guys like Curry started doing it as early as college, so they come to the NBA with the dream shake as part of their normal arsenal.

  • @drawsony On a bigger guy though its just unstoppable. no big man is quick enough to guard that, and a seven footer is tough enough to block without having to worry about his incredibly quick ball fakes... it works best for quicker player, and Hakeem had the quickness of a much smaller player.

  • thats hakeem's move but rondo took it to another level, and now i see almost every point gaurd tries to copy rondo.

  • @tibdorjay bro, go rinse ur mouth out w/ soap. "rondo took it to another level" ...um, hakeem took it to 2 rings, an MVP, domination over Ewing and Robinson and got to the hall of fame w/ this move. Rondo just does it once or twice a game for a grand total of 10 ppg. come on...get real.

  • @wiseonekms Grand Total Of 10 Point And Over 10 apg and almost 8 rpg Dont Act Like Rondo Isnt A Great Player

  • @TooFresh45 I never said it wasn't, but by no means did he "take the dream shake to another level." lol, are we actually comparing Rondo to Hakeem right now?

  • @wiseonekms *he wasn't.

  • @wiseonekms u cant compare hakeem to anybody in my opnion but the way Rondo does it is impressive and beside hakeem i think does it the best in the NBA today

  • @wiseonekms rondo do it higher, and on da run. unlike hakeem though,

  • @UncleEmSaw8 Rondo is also a 6 foot point guard with elite foot speed. Hakeem is a 7 footer who had the agility of a guard juking out players in the post. I'm just saying we should keep this in perspective.

  • @wiseonekms i know. i thumbs yu ups but, im just saying. hakeem even said its intended for guards

  • @wiseonekms Rondo is the best passer in the game today, why the fuck should he score, if Ray, KG and that third one can do it?

  • @MrWii1997 being able to score and scoring are two different things. Steve Nash is a great passer too, but when given the opportunity he CAN score in many different ways. I understand what you are trying to say, but how is being adept at scoring in multiple ways ever a bad thing? Just b/c those other players on the team CAN score, doesn't mean Rondo shouldn't develop an overall game. He'd be SOOO much better with a jumpshot.

  • @MrWii1997

Actually that'd be CP3. As Rondo is approaching his prime, he'll soon be the best passer. But that's besides the point.

  • @MrWii1997 Uhhh CP3 is the best passer,then kidd/nash,then goes rondo sorry

  • @MrWii1997 rondo isnt even a top 5 point guard in the nba.

chris paul, derrick rose, deron williams, russel westbrook, steve nash, all ahead of him.

they all pass better than rondo (maybe not rose, but rose is miles ahead of rondo overall) and they all can make wide open jump shots, something rondo still cant do.

which is pretty sad, rondo can do all the little fancy shit, but he doesnt have the #1 fundamental skill in basketball.. a jump shot.

  • @z308e HA! Derrick Rose isn't even a true PG neither is Westbrook.

Rondo has a jumpshot, he just doesn't shoot. His job isn't to score, it is to BE A PLAYMAKER.

Lets see Rose, Paul, Williams, Nash or Westbrook get a 30 point 18 rebound 13 assist triple double.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 I don't mean to be a total douche bag and get into a argument , But all those point guards you just mentioned are just as good as Rondo. He had the opportunity to play with 3 Hall Of Fame caliber players his whole career. When they retire, and IF he still performs at this level you can start saying hes better than Deron , Rose , Paul and Westbrook. (He may be better than Nash) You make it sound like just because they aren't pure point guards they aren't better.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 Please don't be ignorant as well, I've watched Celtic games when he was WIDE OPEN, and wouldn't shoot. Don't pull that "it isn't his job to shoot" bullshit

  • @TheSixfeetstar Rondo is the best pure point guard he knows his job isn't to score. it may be a classic argument, but it is true. really besides Ray Allen he really doesn't get THAT many of his assists to the big 3. mostly Glen Davis and their other PF/C's. probably 1/2 of his assists to the big three, other half to everyone else.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 Let's see Rondo win back to back MVP awards, youngest player to win MVP, or even be considered in the talks of MVP

  • @CHAN5THAO to win the MVP you need to score 20+ ppg. Rondo will not do that.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 Steve Nash averaged 15.5 ppg and 11.5 apg in '05, 18.8 ppg and 10.5 apg in '06. Proof that you do not have to average 20+ ppg to win the award, you just need to have the most value to a team. IMO, LeBron should've won last year, I mean look what the Cavs became after he took his talents to South Beach. If that doesn't show what real value is, I don't know what will.

  • @CHAN5THAO you don't need 20 ppg if you are getting 10+ assists.

  • @RandomPedestrian63 i agree, plus pg's shouldn't be scoring 20 ppg anyways. they should be getting assists

  • @ANTBOND004 Chris Paul and D-Will have shown they can get 20ppg and 10+apg to lead a team so why not?

  • @RandomPedestrian63 Rondo has a jumpshot? lmfao! If he said himself that he doesnt like going to the free throw line because he's nervous, wtf makes you think he has a jumper? Knicks left him open half of the game from mid range, and he barely hit rim on half, matter of fact, he only made 1

  • @MrWii1997 oh and steph curry in 2 years, will be far better than rondo.

  • @wiseonekms hakeem went against ewing , robinson , young shaq , etc

  • @wiseonekms real shit right there. cant believe dude had the nerve to put rondo in the same sentence as hakeem.

rondo cant make a 15 foot jumper consistently...next.

  • @wiseonekms yeah sorry Rondo does it better

  • @RandomPedestrian63 you're an idiot

  • @mohammad5 ha

  • @wiseonekms This was when the game was DOMINATED by big men.. which it's not anymore.

  • Rondo's sig

  • @DjNajeem hakeems sig
