u have to either catch or kill kyogre/groudon for ruby and sapphire and for emerald u have to go to rayquaza

I would turn return into frustratio if I were you, cause you use energy roots, which are bitter, decrease your mudkips happiness, so if you use frustration and keep your roots, you will have a killer attack ;)

no it aint, cause he uses energy roots, which decrease the happines, so no it would be a really strong move, and your pokemon won't be less strong if its unhappy

i just thought, dont energy roots and stuff make your pokemon unhappy?

if so, i would stop using them, returns power is based of a pokes happiness, its 102 at full happiness, but if those energy roots do decrease its happiness, it might not be at max
