All of the Battlefield games have a 1942 theme variant. Just tweaked enough where it's a little different but still epic. 2142 is one of my personal favorites though. Speaking of which I would always watch the intros for these games for this song.

I love the art form in Battlefield. The way the covers and music are echoed throughout games. How the theme from BF:1943 has parallels to Battlefield 2's theme, which has parallels to BC2's theme, which has parallels even to Battlefield 3's theme.

Even the covers; the decoration or time period may change, but it's always the same: A soldier standing alone, blazing with the flames of a war. The outer shell may change, but war itself will always stand the same.

The original song is BF1942 one. It has been remixed many times.

But this version looks like a mix between BF2 theme (US loading sound) and BF1943 theme.

@leviathancom Battlefield 2 is not Battlefield Bad Company 2. Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 3, and basically all of the Battlefield games save a precious special few have this theme.

This song reminds me of Battalion Wars 2 for Wii. Too bad Nintendo is not making that wonderful game again. Oh well, Battlefield helps to fill the gap... and overfills it! :) P.S. Love this song!
