Boulder county injustice center- what a fuckin banana court house, just ask any employee how this system works , if you go in with out a lawyer you will loose , guilty until you can afford your innocence !!
I guess some people would just prefer anarchy. I think the DA summed it up well in that they carry out justice to the best that is HUMANLY possible. If you think any society can enforce laws without any sort of mistakes, especially when cities are pushing populations in the 10's of millions, you are crazy. It's simply a statistic. Want to fix the problem? Do more than bitch about it online.
You are correct that no society can enforce laws without mistakes. But you are incorrect when you say that they "carry out justice to the best that is HUMANLY possible" No coercive monopoly in human history has ever provided the best service that is humanly possible to consumers. Our government justice system is a coercive monopoly. Freely competing systems of laws & dispute resolution would provide justice far better than this current wasteful, abusive & corrupt system.
Yes, only today we have technologies like face recognition cameras, and the daily updated worldwide distributed Internet with which to disseminate black lists to make ostracism far more effective.
Other examples of free market law include...
Merchant law
Anglo-Saxon tithing system in England before Norman conquest
A bunch of ex- hippie pot smokers who now call themselves judges, ahhhhhhhhhh let me order a session at the buddists temple

What a stuck-up windbag douche! The "graffiti" is AWESOME and says everything right about the criminals that pretend to enforce the law.
