Another way is to put your pen parallel to the paper after drawing the first circle and slide it over slightly before lifting it back up to draw the second circle.

Solution: When you finish the big circle, press the button on the top. Then move to the middle and push the button again.

you dont have to fold the paper if you are using one of those click pens. (the ones with the thing on the top that you click down to make the ink part go in or out.)
