I'm not sure. The've signed contract with Microsoft and are obligated to them now, so Microsoft is pretty much in control now. I do not know the details co we cannot know whether they own it or not.

Bungie may not be makeing any more halos but theyl still keep making awesome first person shooters. Maybe following the same idea as halo i dont know, but i cant wait for halo3 recon myself. im a ps3 owner but i played halo and thought it was a brilliant game 2 was ok in both areas but 3 was a complete let down as far as im concerned im not one for online mode so.. but this is one of my perfect style games its a classy red alertesqe style game and i hope it comes out on mac ^^

this game has been in dev. for atleast a couple years, this is on harvest, cov glassed reach then found harvest(human colonies), cheif and other spartan II where in dev. spartan I same peps as II but I had hitech combat suits,not MONJIR suits, u control marines squads, pelis, hogs, etc, like warcraft, by ensomble NOT bungie, i think ensomble got rights to make HW while H3 was in production
