i want to get to more of how i used to be(but better).i want to be able to make friends with everybody.i want to be happy and more energenic.i think that all of this negative emotion,me feeling so unhappy and bad lately,has helped me get back to abraham.i relize that i don't need abraham to connect,but they sure do help.

i've been out of the vortex for sooo long.i haven't listened to abraham hicks for a while.the reason i stop watching sometimes is because i become confused on certain topics, and i just can't figure out the answer, so i go to different sources(such as neale donald walsch conversations with god),not bad in itself,but i've been hating school lately.i can't seem to connect to people.i use to be able to make friends with anybody,but lately, it seems like i don't want to talk at all at school....

Because "Ego" usually is an illusion/delusion that you are seeking because you "think" you want it, but when it comes you realize you really didn't want it. You just wanted to be popular or whatever. But you didn't expect all the negative side affects that come with it.

This is why it is "VERY" important to notice what you "desire." And to think, "do I 'REALLY' want this?" It is good to simplify your "desires" down to whatever you "really" want. Not what you are doing just because of your "Ego" or something. That is why it is good notice your "Ego" and dissolve it and change it to a productive one before you do this.

This morning I woke up in the vortex and I felt I understood it. It feels comfy, cozy, & familiar. Everything feels closer and its' edges almost glow. There's a sense of distance from all details. It's like there's an aura of coruscating light, like vaseline on a lens, making everything feel more dreamy. It feels like love & contentment and almost like a sense of completion, like you have everything you could ever want or need. Unmanifested desires would be nice to have yet feel unnecessary.

Thank you for posting! Abraham said, "Now you understand everything you've lived." Yes. Only now, the contrast I 've lived makes sense. Only now, I find peace in relation to contrast I've lived in the past. Self-help books that asked me to "forgive" people or situations in the past -didn't make sense. They gave affirmations like "I'm sorry, forgive me, I love you" which upset me even more. In other words, I was asked to jump the emotional scale and get from anger to love. It didn't work.

I agree... I have been studying and reading many other motivational books but I remember I do not feel good at all in the past and often my relationship part is not too good... now with AB teachings..it's all good..

Abraham teaches us to forget or to focus on other stuff rather than to forgive (because forgiveness brings back all those bad memories and vibrations) . This teaching is amazing.. I really did benefit !! Pls share yours too

Plus, there really isn't anything to forgive if the unwanted things that you have experienced have caused for you to ask for something else and caused you to expand. In fact, when you really get into alignment, it is actually possible to be quite thankful for all that unwanted stuff.
