They are awesome pets, but you need lots of land. All the pigs we have had were rescues, they love to be scratched and played with and can be potty trained. But in a year they are 300+ pounds smelly, scratch the drywall off the house and are best suited fenced in very large yards. You go from sleeping in bed with them to a wild animal.

theyre very big considering they are less than 2 weeks old. What food do you feed them and where do they sleep coz i really want one when im okd enough!
yes, vets can treat worms. you can do it yourself by giving them a wormer paste. it's the same with most 'farm' animals- I have several horses and we get a vet that specialises in large animals to give them their check-ups.
both if you have any questions about pigs/piglets please do send me a message and ill answer them for you so you know if you really wnat a pig or not cause what you see is not what you end up with trust me
Yeah, it's strange isn't it? To see these pigs acting so much like dogs or cats, and then seeing bacon or sausage. It's a strange sort of hypocrisy. How we consider dogs to be our best friend, and then eat pigs, who are just as smart as dogs.
OMG, they're way too adorable! :D How big do they get? My sister wants a pet pig, do they require more house training than dogs, or is it roughly the same?
It depends where you live. These are wild pigs the mother abandoned so our neighbor caught them in the woods. I would say look for a farm that has pigs? They make such great pets!
goddamnit i dont think i can eat pork again

Little piggies are so cute.
Do they smell at all, or are they just like dogs? I know they can be trained pretty easily, so I assume potty training isn't too hard?
