The problem with real estate agents is that they're all douche bags. They demand nearly as much commission as the designers who designed the buildings and they do less than 1% of the work that the designer did, and they don't need any real schooling to become a real estate agent.

I could empathize he's really excited about his career I'm sure there are many things involved w/ this career, so many that being practical yet sensible about how to wrap one's head around the next project is something that launches a lot of fresh idea's, especially if you happen to be a picky person to decide what should go where and looking from several points of views.
