How much do you bench and does it matter? I'm almost underweight but can do a lot of push ups, sit ups, im working on pull ups. I run long distance and I'm number one on my highschool swim team for the 500 yard race. However the only machine I'm good at is the lat pulldown where i do about 10-20 pounds heavier than my actual weight. My benching is horrible and i hate working out and getting showed up so i just do the pushups and stuff.

correction (dont know if you know this or not sorry if you do) GI bill is now about 74grand they bumped it up over 30grand talked to my Sargent about that and he said it is now around 74grand but other wise at least you love being a Marine Semper Fi!

Great video. While I was a Marine, I went to seventeen countries and learned Japanese and Spanish. I couldn't begin to explain how much I was able to do and the places I went while I was a Marine. I don't like the image that we're baby killers. We're the first to pull over to help someone with a flat tire, stop a fight or speak up for someone when nobody else will. It doesn't matter their race, age or gender. I have more respect for people now. I'm a better man than I was before I joined.
