you should eat a massive meals. instead of having a small break fast you need to either eat earlier or work out later so that you have had between an hour and half to 2 hours since your meal that way you will not through up and you body will have taken in the energy from the food so you wont feel as tired

before your workouts, make sure you've drank atleast 2 bottles of water or so. then drink a glass of water 10-15 minutes before your workout.
and warm up with jumping jacks or something, to get your blood pumping. then get on the bike and GRADUALLY speed up. so if this helps. it helped me.
