Arroyo had a wonderful personality, and God bless Johnny Carson - he always brought great stars onto his show, not like contemporary late night hosts who only interview sluts and douchebags (well that's all we have today in the entertainment industry!)

What a great interviewer she was. I didn't expect that. This is great! Sang Trovatore with her back in the 80's..The problem was, she was known for the reputation of canceling engagements. She was highly underrated. Wish there was more recordings of her.

I always felt she was underrated as an artist. She was a marvelous Verdi singer and a wonerful Butterfly (She called herself "Madama Butterball"). She had a great sense of humor!
