2. delete your doors and buy new ones.

3. press up on the wii remote and it should go upstairs, and then you can put things up there.

2. Get 100 three stared cat fish

3. Go home and put the catfish in your fridge for 30 sec.

4. Get your catfish out of the fridge

6. Then you'll have $999,999 and the money will never go down, even wen your buying something.

@shining143 You press 1(on your remote) then click the icon of a house.You can get expand your house if you have enough money. But if u dont have money,go to the supermarket, buy the catfish that is most expensive (buy as much as you want) then go back home, click on your fridge, put all of the catfish in your fridge from your inventory.Then close ur fridge. Open it again, then take out the fish &put it back in ur inventory. go back to the supermarket and sell ALL fish bak 2 them

even in nentindo ds you can build your own house from scratch. they just seemed to not put alot of effort into the wii version it seems. the graphics are better on xbox also. whats up with that?! they need to maake the wii version better.

You Can move freely in the wii version and a lot has been put in but just a different style.I Own th PC version and it looks like they've tried to add lots of things from the pc version into the wii version. I Hope I Helped :)

@FreakAboutSims3 No you cannot all the houses for the Sims 3 Wii version are pre-made, the Wii version of this game sucks, really its a good game but the Xbox version is the best the Wii version has dozens of glitches they die fast they never tell you if your babies are boys or girls this version is just bad I returned my Wii in for a Xbox one its so much better. Oh and you can't have pools D:

i just got the sims 3 and played it for a while and every time i try to buy my new house it says i have no free space and that it is in violation of the fire code. but i just moved in the lot from my current one because i wanted to make enough $ to by the Spatial Prisms house with furniture. i have nothing else in the lot but my sim. can anyone help? oh and i even made a new guy and still the same can put a house on the lot.

@the420stonner You can only have set things to do which you click on within your job. I wouldn't exactly say it adds any value to the game as you can't see it happen.

No, I don't think you can build one from scratch. But I like this way better, I think. When I heard you could only have 'shells" I got really mad, but now that I see how they actually work i think they're pretty cool! Great Vid! One question, though, can you put stairs in the house? or is it that you have to buy a two story house to have stairs?

@marshmallowthreat1 Near the end of the video I upgraded my house giving me a upstairs room. I then put some spiral stairs in my main room which allows you to simply go to the room up above. 9:10 onwards :)
