I'm half way through watching the 3rd season of Entourage, and I never quite figured out why E and Vinny are always treating Ari like shit.

The guy is the ultimate agent, he'd probably hide a body too if Vinny killed someone and yet the guys just treat him like he's just a piece of dirt. Why don't they understand that Ari is the only reason they are so insanely wealthy/successful to begin with? Sure, it's his job but they owe him BIG time.

I really hate Vincent Chase.
