The city's real heros are its firefighters. They risk and sometimes give their lives to protect an ungrateful public, sans the unwarranted god complexes and self-entitlement attitude of cops. Philadelphia police officers are nothing more than felonious gang members who have the power of the so-called legal system to abuse as a weapon. Like any gangsters do, Philadelphia cops routinely rob, extort, racketeer, lie, perjure, frame, conspire, assault, torture, murder, and otherwise do wrong.
