I love that song. For some strange reason, after hearing that song, I had the strongest urge to go ghost hunting. But I'll make damn sure to keep the video camera steady so I can catch a real ghost instead of pointing the camera at all directions like an idiot so the images that it catches won't get mashed up together therefore creating that thing that you call ghost.

You can clearly see that you are doing an honest investigation. If I may make a small suggestion? You are moving very quickly and the camera is moving very quickly making lots of motion blurs. My suggestion is to slow down the movements and pan slower. That way if you do catch something, there is time to see it before the camera moves on to the next shot. I do not believe this to be a board, it has definite form to it.

1:01 - Thought something moved across the doorway then. Could be the light as the other ones were more obvious but I'm pretty sure I saw something then.

1:31 - Something darts across the hall then.

2:11 And obviously the last one. Though with all honesty I didn't get this one until the end. I thought the face was the black shadow on the left, and the rest was the torch light.

Firstly it can't be the flashlight. pay close attention to what the flashlight looks like as it's scanning the doorway. There's no beam when the thing peeks out from behind the door. There's distinct facial features on the "ghostly face". I doubt it's a mask, since there is some transparent property to it. If it's a fake, it is a pretty good one.

that's what it appears to be, i was watching the light as it shone back across the same spot and it didn't quite make the same reflection, but then again the camera angle had changed. with a steadier camera it would be easier to pick up these kinds of things i think.
