The B-1s absolutely have afterburners... the 4 engines in the B-1 are the exact same core and burner section of the engines used on the B-1, F-15C, and F-15E.

@wackyB1 You're right. I just looked it up and the General Electric F101-GE-102 turbofans have burners as well as augmenters.

they are called augmentors, different then afterburners, but pretty much the same concept...
