@adamebiology the camera I used (Nikon Coolpix 8400) has a timelapse feature that allows you to set time intervals of pictures and compiles them all into a video.
It is interesing watching what happens in the uninocultated area of the dish .there seems to be a periodic pulse there of some sort . Thanks for posting
@ddaamaccom condensation from what source. in the dish or outside .especially since it may be a incubator where the temp is set to remain constant. is it an indication of periodic bacterial activity ?
in which media they grow up? nutrient agar or something?
