How do you get the fire call tones when the dispatch occurs?

at my fire house when we need our chopper to land we have our bat. chief respond. we have one engine and one medic unit there. though we never leave anywhere without at least 2 ppl on each rig

Its standard operating procedures at my firehouse to lay a line when we are landing a helicoptor, should anything go wrong (we lost a state trooper helicoptor last september, unfortunantly, which is a constant reminder.)
