hi I have a eee pc 1000he the problem is that I have the hard drive locked when I enter the bios aparacamientos the option where it says password put another hard drive enable you install a windows and I am fine when I enter the bios go to that option and see where it says disable hdd password and can not change anything in that option hopefully help me

When you upgraded the RAM from 1GB to 2GB, did the video memory for the GMA950 increase from 128MB to 224MB?

Also, is there a way, in BIOS, to increase the video memory?

scratch that! The BIOS 0802 for the 1000HE increases the video memory to the max (224MB).

i tried installing osx but not when i try to turn on my netbook it just stays on that apple logo, might you know the problem?

There is a special version of OSX for Eee PC.

I've been curious about this but so far from what I have found the wireless driver doesn't work with OSX. Where can I find the version that works on the eee pc? I have the same model as in the video but with only 1GB of ram and the Atom N270 instead of the N280.

OSX worked on 1000H so it should also work on 1000HE no problem. :)

Yeah my customer installed it on his 1000H, but you need to get the version for EeePC and all drivers and pre-configured.
