I actually switched the volume meter display, when I adjusted Torq's internal output down to -8dB. Have you ever messed around with the Torq preferences?

if you tweak everything right

you get very tight personalised decks

torq`s tutorial helped me allot to figure everything out

thats the best tweak for torq. it definitely plays mp3's way too loud. i also have mine set to -8 db.

Nice fella. How much is that midi controller cause my laptop is gathering dust and brimming with music. Recommendable?

I paid $550 for my Xponent through Guitar Center and I do recommend it. However, you might want to wait until Torq 1.5 comes out or at least make sure you get a free upgrade.

Also, if you have turntables lying around as well - check out M-Audio's Connectiv.
