Alot... anyone with a 0 on there death clock before day seven... you can save them.... Gin, Haru, yourself, Keisuke... Midori Miss Mari and i think Kaido can all be saved during the course of the game... to unlock different endings and different routes for the last day

I think I get what they mean. They said stronger people were hoarding the food, so maybe he's suggesting that they use their demons to get food from the hoarders so it can be distributed better...makes more sense then saying "Let's hurt some kids and seniors!" :)

The protagonist on this game looks alot like the one from Persona 3... (Minato or whatever)

Its from the same Series 'Shin Megami Tensei', which Persona is a part of and so is this game. So it's not surprising that the characters look familar.
