When I lived in Seoul, one of my friends came to visit me (his family are from Nigeria). I was worried that the Korean people would be mean to him but my fears were unfounded. The people were very nice to him. The younger Korean people, especially, are much more open-minded to other cultures and other people from around the world. Look how tall the average south korean looks in this video. I am of average caucasian height in america and I think that I would be short in South Korea. Many dumb americans think all asians are short. This video and many blogs from people that visited South Korea, Japan and the northern areas of China say that these asians are tall. Well first thing you need to know is.. how to haggle. But only in the big open market shops, you can't really do it at retailed stores. And another tip is.. don't act like a foreigner.. cuz they'll try to overprice things and try to juice all the money out of you. xP
Also, Korea has a lot of knock offs, like.. louis vuitton, bape, and all that other good stuff. But on the otherhand, its pretty good quality for a knockoff

koreans used to dislike foreingers because korea had been invaded by foreign power over 600 times. however, as korea becomes stronger, korean people are more confident about themselves and dealing with foreigners.

well to answer that no there isnt really any fat ppl there they do have some ppl thats bigger then thin/skinny. most of the ones that are considered "fat" in a koreans eye is actually usually much smaller then a "fat" person here in america.
so yeah most of everybody in korea including males are on the slim.

Are you asking or stating? It's the same as in the U.S. but we're more respectful to our culture and feel awkward pushing culture on others. Just visit Seoul, shop a little, and learn some history.

When I lived in Seoul, one of my friends came to visit me (his family are from Nigeria). I was worried that the Korean people would be mean to him but my fears were unfounded. The people were very nice to him. The younger Korean people, especially, are much more open-minded to other cultures and other people from around the world. I hope you have a wonderful time in Korea. ^__^

yes, there are alot of canadian teachers. im teachiing in korea now. Im african american so there are very few of me. the people here are very nice and its fun and what you make it.

It's Myeong-dong in seoul. you can get there using subway which is Myeong-dong Station line number 4. and nearby you also can visit In-Sa-Dong. Don't miss it. :)

Look how tall the average south korean looks in this video. I am of average caucasian height in america and I think that I would be short in South Korea. Many dumb americans think all asians are short. This video and many blogs from people that visited South Korea, Japan and the northern areas of China say that these asians are tall. It is the south east asians such as Vietnam and Cambodia were asians are short on average.

Well first thing you need to know is.. how to haggle. But only in the big open market shops, you can't really do it at retailed stores. And another tip is.. don't act like a foreigner.. cuz they'll try to overprice things and try to juice all the money out of you. xP
Also, Korea has a lot of knock offs, like.. louis vuitton, bape, and all that other good stuff. But on the otherhand, its pretty good quality for a knockoff

No offense but you cuss a lot for a woman. BTW, I am open to having a girlfriend from another culture. If it succeeds, then marriage also is possible. I do like Korean dramas, and since I started watching them, I started liking korean culture and Korean people (not all people though. lol) ;-)
