  • i swear i seen meg morts on an episode of bewitched but how could i know for i am mad

  • I'd totally buy a Digger Smolken album

  • You can tell this is totally in the distant past because they use the term "cubits". Yep. Distant past.

  • This movie is like a particularly bad community theater project. I keep waiting for the camera to pan out to a group of people dozing off in metal folding chairs.

  • The dialog in this movie reminds me of Shakespeare--only it's not very good...

  • I've come to show you the miracle of Mylar!

(I wonder if that riff is a reference to the lost short they did on Mylar, the one that was supposed to be on a CD-ROM.)

  • Who but my Lady FILTH?

Come, I have to go look for you at the prison!

  • Isn't it rats?

    Aren't we a corpse?

  • "i'm just a corpse who cant say filth, im in a terrible RATS!"

  • "KILLALITTLE,

    DIEALITTLE,

    KILLALITTLE,

    DIEALITTLE!

ROTROTROT! Die a lot. Kill a little more.

    KILLALITTLE,

    DIEALITTLE-"

I love this host segment, but then again I like any segment with singing in this show.

On a minor note, this is another one of those MST3K movies that seems alright to me, despite the riff fodder. Interesting (albeit strange) premise, and I find myself liking (or at least not put off by) most of the characters (even if the choice of dialogue style baffles me).

  • I would get Smolkins' album.

  • Wait... he travels back naked... but he still has his watch.

    Huh?

  • @sorshavampyr

That's my favorite line in the Songs by Smolkin segment. I 'bout laughed myself sick the first time I heard it. I love these guys.

  • "Oddly he spoke, oddly he looked on me..."

Oddly did I feel down there...

  • 6:55 She's gonna shave her legs!

  • 9:33

    "Tis madness!"

    Madness? THIS IS CORMAN!!

  • What's even going on in this movie anymore? xD

  • @pockypurse I don't know, but to Corman's credit, it's rather compelling, despite not making any damn sense.

  • Say what you want about Smolkin, I think he's a cool cat. I bet he's best friends with all the local apothecaries if you know what I mean.

  • His reincarnation logic hurts me so good

  • Yeah, that's the last time I believe an evil witch and her imp.

  • Corman probably thought this dialogue was the equal of Shakespeare.

  • @pierstheoneandonly People do compare this movie to Shakespeare. It's true. They say: "Shakespeare is really good. This movie really sucks."

  • @Yapshire I wish I could give this comment ten likes

  • Oh, NOW I don't get it!

  • This guy was never in heaven. He was cast out of community theater!

    Go, Sir Sack of Doorknobs!

Kill a little, die a little! Kill a little, die a little! Rot, rot, rot, rot! Die a lot! Kill a little more!

  • ”Bottom line, CAN WE KILL THE IMP?!"

  • "Smolkin's naked sometimes, Mike."

    "Damn you, Servo."

  • "Suite: Judy Blue RAT!"

I'm sure CS&N got a kick out of that. lol

  • "I'll hear that when I believe it?" Good flub there during the skit, Mike.

  • Something about the way Servo says "Slap that on there you wonderful man" gets me everytime.

  • "im just a corpse who cant say filth, im in a terrible RATS!"

  • isnt it rats....arent we a corpse

  • -Mike, every single reference to your past paints an ever darker picture of a damaged, lonely, little man!

Nelson never could catch a break. lol

  • I am the waffling knight!

"...but if your words are false..."

I will pound you so bad!
