@Googaa41795CP I always prefer to sit at the aisle (you don't need to disturb other passengers if you need to get up), as front as possible (in order to disembark the aircraft quicker).
I'm 181 cm tall but the legroom was fine. Some passengers complain about the narrow seats on this plane but I'm skinny so that was ok for me as well. What I don't like is the fact that if the passenger in front of you reclines the seat it's impossible to get the right angle of the inseat screen. Also, entertainment boxes under the seats are rather annoying as they limit the legroom considerably. Still, less crammed than Lufthansa's B-747 or KLM's B-747 Combo (the latter is a total disaster).
I am 186cm and the seats are as comfortable as can be, they are around an inch tighter than average which is barely noticeable, only the aisles are pretty narrow but the legroom is still among the best. I'd have to agree with exoticjourneys on the PTV's (you can't adjust it to the right angle when the person in front of you reclines to the max.)
@neanderthal1000 It is a lot tighter, I flew recently on their Boeing 777-300ERs (4 flights) and they're too narrow. Emirates have crammed 10 rows of seats into this 777-300ER when most airlines only put in 8 or 9. Check seatguru for seating tips if you're going to fly with Emirates but I'd avoid them as I found their flight attendants were happy to ignore passenger calls whilst chatting to each other in the galley.
I'll be on this aircraft 3 times on 1 trip. Would you recommend sitting by the wings or somewhere where the sun will set/rise? Thanks.

this isn't an emirates flight, emirates flight attendants have a special emirates uniform which looks nothing like the ones these women are wearing

@abedkh That is a uniform for those role cabin crew.

I'll be on one of these in 4 weeks travelling from London to Christchurch.
What would you say is the best place to sit if possible?
:)

Sorry for late reply, I've been in beijing for a month and YouTube is blocked in China :(
The best place to sit depends on the type of aircraft. Once you know which aircraft you'll be flying, check the website called seatguru.
