Had the joy of performing this before, first cello part. This piece is so fun because it's literally a bunch of vignettes put together to form a piece, with chordal interludes, as though it's you strolling through Madrid before witnessing the next scene. An inspiration to the greatness that is Pictures at an Exhibition, perhaps?
