GnR did a outstanding hard rock cover that was made for Axels voice. Most of Paul's work was pop rock. His Wings stuff was mostly rock. This is one of his rockinist songs. Great song done by three different bands. All good versions. This is amazing I just found out about these women and wow is all i can say. I absolutly love their Kashmir cover outstanding.

No, I think they would be. Maybe it would've taken them slightly longer and they wouldn't be as well known straight away, but I'm sure they still would've made it without Britain's Got Talent. Enough bands and singers have done it before without going on talent shows first, it's just that they don't even try doing that these days... Besides, Escala didn't even win Britain's Got Talent and they've gone much further than anyone else who's been on the show.

Much of what you say is true, however, bond are a classical crossover string quartet (I hope you know of them) also they have gone about their career without talents shows and I can't help but feel are less known than Escala despite being in many respects more talented than Escala
