OK, last comment. Sorry. The flame isn't able to be seen if you try to zoom in on it using a camera. The blurriness was the result of the camera's autofocus not being able catch it correctly.
Oh yeah, by the way... I'm kinda of an amateur cameraman, but I didn't have my @#$ camera! Dammit, that's gonna bug me for the rest of my life. I'm glad you got a shot of it, though. Guess I'll see you in the back of some FBI van with me sometime next week.
Ok, you crazy UFO people, I saw something very similar on December 12, 2009. West Philly. I only saw 3 of them, but I was walking and didn't stop to look too long cause it was cold. The only thing I compare it to would be a missile, Not that I could see a missile, but the flame (the only part you see) looks the same size and shape of something you would expect to be coming out of a missile flying too high for you to see it's mass.
It could also have been the back of a jet, i guess, but it was a pretty large flame. I don't know if a jet could have handled a flame that large. If it's a jet, it must be something the public hasn't been shown yet. All 3 came from the north and traveled south. The were very evenly spaced, and were following each other. But if you followed the first one from its origin of the north horizon, it would get almost all the way to the southern horizon before the next one started.
For anyone watching this on Youtube, this is something that anyone witnessing would have stopped and wondered about. It's hard to tell by this video, but It was unmistakeably fire and pretty much the size of what you expect a missile to have at a high atmosphere. If it's a government thing, maybe we should just leave it alone:) It's keeping us safe, no doubt.

I agree with chinese flying lanterns. not from china of course, perhaps someone within a few miles is launching these. the fuel brick for these certainly burns out while it is flying, they need to check the wind direction, and winds aloft. Also a diffraction grating would help identify the light source.
I've recorded the same thing almost a year ago and i have one recorded tonight. look at the color! It wont let you zoom all the way in on it once it knows you are recording!

Me & my friend were driving on 95 & freaked out, we thought it looked like a bomb, but just wrote it off since everyone back then was paranoid from what happened on 911. And so we called "911" but they probably thought we were crazy. lol Although, I've never seen anything like your video. There's much more out there then we know.
It could be flares with parachutes. Saw it on UFO hunters before. They fall in a line and then burn out one by one. Just don't know why planes would be dropping flares over roxborough. lol
I'm from Roxborough. Lauriston St and Monestary Ave. Didn't see this. I saw a UFO in Roxborough about 15 years ago. It was a glowing oval with three rings around it. It looked like a blimp but when everyone ran around the corner to see it cause it moved that way, it was gone. It was so close to us too.
It's just too shaky to form an opinion. I understand why it would be shaky, especially with the close-ups. Interesting, and I'm not doubting your sincerity, but still too shaky from my pov to tell whether it's Mars or a craft.
I'd have to say these were Chinese lanterns. Since the lights burned out over roughly the same amount of time, and you can see the bottom illuminated by the candle/flame, and the top is much dimmer since the light doesnt reach all the way to the top. Plus, they were all moving together, which would probably mean they were moving with the wind.
What's happening at the end? Is that a plane comes into view chasing after it? But there is no sound? And the girl asks "what is that?". And they you run to get something. I see this is the only video and no information in the description. You can write 5000 words in the description. Please add more details. Neat video :)
