The problem is when i run this i am getting messages saying: Hard drive doesnt respond to system commands - Critical Error. This problem has caused right after i logged in a chat website which i am sure it has virus affected users.So annoyed!any ideas?

2- i degfragment files every morning. and do Disk Clean up, and i use the Ad-aware SE. and the Yahoo anti-Spy.
