The only problem would be your processor.

I used to run the game on mid graphics using a pent 4 3.2ghz processor, a 256 DDR2 card (xfx 6600 xxx), and 1 gb of ddr2 ram.

It ranged between 30-50 fps, not bad.

if the processor doesnt bottleneck, with no aa/af....max 120 or so, minimum 35...average 70....but when shooting or in gunfire yeah drops around 40 :/

HOW much RAM do you have? My friend has 8 GB RAM 64 bit Vista, dual ATI xfired cards (can't remember which); runs this at 1920x1080 line tracing (or something like that - the step up from 16xAA) and all the bells and whistles maxed in his video card AND game settings. Getting 60 FPS straight due to refresh rate+vsync, or it'd go well above that.

rofl .. i run this game 1280x1024 with a old pantium 4 with his radeon x1650 pro AGP 8x XD Rofk REALY fine about 20 to 30 fps at low.

So YES you can run it at this resolution with no problem XD dont listen to these noobs that dont know shit XD

haha dude iam runing at 1280x800 on a intel famliy chipset 128mb and i run with 20-40fps only drops belowe 20 when in campain so a 8400gs would run it good

Good for you. I don't care if you have a 8800GTS. Maybe if you dumped the AA and bumped the resolution to the maximum your monitor supports it will look better.

You do know that FSAA is a highly overrated feature right? Have you actually bothered to play the game at a high resolution? Do you know how hard you have to look in order to notice jaggies while playing?

If you're gonna be playing online, i'd turn down the settings, because online, you want at least 60fps. That looks like it's chugging hard.

Vista 64 even with Sli runs COD4 really well I get 100-200 FPS with Ultra Sli in Vista 64 at 1600 res.

He has a point you console "gamers" are stupid. Do you realize that CoD4 on the Xbox 360 renders at 1280x780? a constant 60fps huh? A 8800GS can render this bitch at 1680x1050 at around 60fps noAA noAF so it will look sharper than all your console tard versions.

erhm, no. ive got an 8800GTS 512 which is significantly faster than an 8800GS, plus an intel core 2 quad, 4GB ram and 64bit vista, and 50-60 is the average at 1280x1024. and it just feels screwed up. and no AA + no AF? jaggies everywhere.
