That is very cool, may try doing these in my mother's vehicle, although I am always worried about those handles (I've thought of it, believe me) because they look sort of flimsy and even though I weigh less than I used to I'm still 175 so I'm not sure if that could hold it.
The same with doing rows on the trunk, I am worried about vehicle integrity holding up to this. It requires tentative prodding to safely allude fears of the vehicle not standing up to our weight.

I dont know about that first one...Seems like that would break the handles off the roof of the car to me.
