  • Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • the soy varieties of peperoni & cheese are extremely gratifying. have you tried shiritake noodles yet?? also if you can get to whole foods try to get your hands on some "jimmy dean style" breakfast soysage. They are making soy "meats" now that are 100% protien & low to no fat! THEY ARE WICKED EXTREME!! i would love to share a recipe for bulgar wheat burgers if you like. delish & theyre as moist as a regular burger. i also serve them on 100% whole grain english muffins- my "go to".im a carb slut

  • I like use mushroom tops instead of bread. Then do a bit of sauce, cheese and toppings. Put in oven till cheese is melted.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Well skim milk has 0,5% fat im sure ;) so u'll still get a little amount of fat in the cheese, so its not really FAT FREE :)

  • @SompZThePro , i can guarantee you that 0.5% fat in milk doesn't matter. I am a male model and i take much care in all i eat. Every morning i eat my cheerious with 1.5% ( ! ) milk and i have a sixpack. I have a very strict regime. I don't eat any sweets ( only 85% dark chocolate ), i don't drink any alchohol, no coke, no fastfood and the only type of meat i eat is chicken. Of course i workout 6/7 days a week with 2 times 40min -1h of cardio. Take care and don't exaggerate

  • @leanbodylifestyle I use wholegrain flatbreads instead of english muffins. Overall great recipe, great channel, these are much better than pizza pockets.

    But Ragu pizza sauce? If it comes in a jar and has a long shelf life, it's packed with salt and chemicals. You can make your own sauce with tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, onions and garlic. And is that processed cheese you're adding? More salt, chemicals and trans fat. I can't tell if that's salt or herbs you're adding but either way, it's completely coated! A bit much, no?

  • @goshadowkenny I totally agree with you, but he said he wasn't going to use a lot of pizza sauce, and he's using non-fat mozzarella, so it's not that bad. I've been making pizza's for years now, and I totally agree you could do way better, but I often make pizza's for my family, so if I'd make the healthy ones, they would all be mad :P.

  • Ragu is gross, I call it raw goo, and it isn't healthy at all it has tons of high fructose corn syrup in it. Also, don't use fat free or low fat cheese use full fat the way it was meant to be.

  • @DarlingKaya Compare this to a pizza from Pizza Hut. It's not white bread either, I swear some people don't listen. "I have two, whole wheat English muffins here." Also, I said what I made is considered 2 servings.

  • @matsk12 I'd say each muffin half contains about 10g of protein, as 1 wholewheat english muffin has about 8g in so half that is 4 and then the cheese slice has 5-6g. Not a huge amount of protein but a much healthier alternative to an actual pizza from a fast food restaurant.

    Maybe try putting on some sliced chicken or turkey for extra protein?

  • @kroasana A whole wheat English muffin is not unhealthy....some fat free cheese is not unhealthy and the sauce is just tomatoes and 2g of sugar. Not unhealthy at all.

  • just a question, how is english muffin healthy? its a quick acting carb, i can see eating this maybe pre-workout/post-workout. plus no protein?
