@bann6654 Does the top piece fit snug on the top part of the phone. The otterbox commuter case sucks! The back piece fits fine but if you barely nudge tthe top it pops right off!

@iSpinify I am calling them today. I really don't think they have this case for the 9800 torch. All I have seen is that piece of crap otterbox commuter case. I thought they were a good brand. so disappointed......The top piece barely stays on the otterbox. I wonder if it does for the casemate.

I bought this case for my torch, and it is horrible. the front just wont stay on, it really pisses me of. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

Yeah, it's nice until you have to take the case off to get to the battery, etc.

Yeah... Case-mate has a bunch of cases at ATT. I got an awesome case of my iPhone 4 there and one for my wides Torch.
