sorry i havent been on for a while ok well optic cables are only 5.1 wright it says 7.1 because it has dolby 7.1 chip but the optic cables only produce 5.1 it is still amzing head set im glad i spent the extra money on this head set you can tell where people move/reload/defuse the bomb what game do you play
