(Ie: lungs=grief/ heart's association with throat chakra and visa versa..) If it is the former, perhaps every chance to speak, is also a chance to make-anew ~ and so speaking out and from and amidst pain only creates more incoherence?...
Whereas, if one were to try speaking from the heart ~ without the blockages, somehow,.. then it could help to re-entrian and again regain coherence with the heart & mind, etc.
I just wonder if there is a protocol which is most effective in rebalancing it all :
For example:
If one's voice is off, bc one's emotions are off (ir from say dealing with trauma & grief) It feels as though the more i might use my voice, the more that everything else seems to feel bad, as well. This could either be: the actual case, or else just the experience of bad stuff leaving (ie: a detox of sorts) as the voice and throat get back onto their way ~ on a path of recovery and healing.
It brought up, for me, much of what is practiced in qi gong energy healing and even reiki.
very interesting,
thankyou.

It IS interesting, that in chinese medicine,
it is understood casually, that our voices, certainly DO reflect our state of being. This makes much sense. On many levels.
The idea that colors absorb this, and reflect that...
This is an interesting metaphor for when thinking about humans and interpersonal relationships.

when this person refers to "enthusiasm"
I think another word for it, would be:
JOY.
NATURE: JOY BY DEFAULT IN COHERENCE.
STILL QUESTIONING THE DUALITY WHICH *SEEMS* TO BE IN NATURE...
BUT THESE IDEAS ARE PLACED TOGETHER WELL.
(EXCEPT FOR SOME CROPPING OF SENTENCES, WHICH MADE ME LAUGH.)
THE TITLE FOR THIS VIDEO IS VERY STRANGE,
THUS,
I CHECKED IT OUT, SO THAT SERVED A FUNCTION.
