  • never think sooooooooooo

  • I love Jim Webb - hopefully VA will keep him in the senate til he drops! god bless him..

    paul, NJ

  • This makes me ILL - We see that Jim Webb has certainly changed his too about the Long Legged Crack Daddy Obama. Jim must really feel sill now. But then, at the time of this even he was likely forced into making this speech.

  • i hope he will vote for health care as president obama gave him the celibrity in myanmar haha ha ha. come on jim, vote for the reform. you are a senseful man.

  • i like his trip to myanar in order to set free the american

  • i wonder if these people have any "buyers remorse" yet?

  • Nope. And won't. Obama '12.

  • not me. My only complaint is that Obama is too conservative.

  • Damn, I thaught punk rockers HATED the kind of shit obama stands for. I guess punk has changed into the shit hippies used to stand for. ie:big govnm't, and making your lifes choices for you because they think you're too stupid to decide things for yourself, and a lot of you obama people ARE that stupid. I will concede the conservatives had a piss poor candidate in john mcain, but obama?!?! c'mon, he's nothing but a pop culture icon, no substance no leadership, here today gone in 2012!

  • Hippies, haha. Give me a break. The so called Republicans have been more about big government than anyone over the past eight years. I am not a fan of big government, but I am a fan of personal liberties which the majority of modern day Republicans ARE NOT. The neocons have taken over the Republican Party. My issue is not with fiscal conservatism, but with social conservatism. I will gladly vote him out of office in 2012 if the Repubs nominate Ron Paul. If they don't, then fuck 'em.

  • I would follow the good Senator into battle, anytime, anywhere!!!

  • I was there and it was awesome

  • I was glad to see Webb pound on the podium like that, that was so cool!! I'm glad he beat Allen.

  • I am a Canadian citizen.

    Obama has won.

    Bush is out of office.

There is finally, finally hope for the world.

  • Not yet. He still has 5 more weeks to fuck up the country.

  • Webb/Kane 2016?

  • That would be amazing. It would never happen because they're both from the same state, but I'd consider voting for Webb. I think he has a hell of a lot more integrity than any of his colleagues in the senate.

  • Mr. Webb you ROCK!!

  • gonads: no. turns out that republicans are raising this non-issue, like in 2006, to try and legitamize the harrassment they will mete out on election day - bunged up voter lists missing names of minorities, turning away voters, the usual...

  • I was there.. it was a great time

  • What a good man!

  • I can't help thinking it's a shame Senator Webb's ruled himself out as VP. His strengths cut through all the stereotypes about Democrats.

  • What a rock SOLID man.

I hope he's President someday - I'd follow this guy anywhere.

  • Jim Webb has decided he does not want to pursue becoming Obama's running mate, and would prefer to remain in the Senate.

Hey, at least someone can admit he doesn't have enough experience!!

  • McCain is planning to be in the Senate next year.

  • Lieberman ran for re-election in 2000

  • Sounds like they both know something we don't.

  • called job insurance, probably.

    Hope Obama plans to keep

  • his seat

  • If I were American I would organize gathering signatures for an Obama/webb ticket. This would be the best ticket ever.

  • Obama/Clinton would make a great ticket, but Obama/Webb would be even better ticket.

  • Webb is a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans...will liberals have a problem with that?

  • Its Obama/Clinton for november

  • People, You don't KNOW that Webb will be VP.

Don't Jinx a good thing before it dos'nt happen.P>S> It does make sense.

  • Obama shouldn't pick a sitting Senator. Don't Rob Peter to pay Paul. There are too many other choices.

  • Obama/Webb "08

  • webb will be vp

  • Wow, what an amazingly unconventional introduction speech -- taking us back to his graduation from the United States Naval Academy in the tumultuous year of 1968. Senator Webb is certainly on anyone's short list for the vice-presidential nomination, and an Obama-Webb ticket would unite two very powerful voting blocs -- the blacks and the Scots-Irish.

Victory in '08 with Obama and Webb.

  • US Sen Jim Webb is presidential material all by himself. Obama would be making a huge mistake over looking Jim Webb as his VP.

    Obama/Webb 2008!

  • OBAMA/Webb 2008

  • It was cool to Webb pound the podium with his hands before introducing Obama. He is confident that he can win my home state of VA. I think if Obama can VA, it doesn't mean he'll win the Presidency, but it may happen.

  • A man of character and intelligence introducing another man of great character and great intelligence!

  • OBAMA/WEBB 08!!!

  • what was that person in the audience shouting that made webb laugh?

  • we will have Obama as our president come January. This I'm confident of.

  • awesome. thank you for posting this, i've been dying to find it

  • I love Jim Webb, oh . . . and of course, Barack Obama! Look at that crowd, YES WE CAN!

  • awesome! this was one of the best days of my life! obama/webb 08!!

  • my senator!!! i'm so proud of him! GObama!!!

    obama/webb '08

  • Barack Obama/Chuck Hagel 08!!!

  • Great introduction, Mr. Vice President!

  • You maybe right!!He'll carry VA with no problem with Webb, but I think Obama will carry VA in 2008.

  • Nice prediction. :-)

  • jim webb is a man of honor and character.

  • OBAMA 08'!
