My new favorite is Creamy Havarti I got some of this because it looked tasty and I was surprised at how much of a bacon component it had to the flavor. Excellent for the wines I like. To cook with I have been using gorgonzola a lot because it is milder than the typical blue cheese so it is enjoyed by those of us who love blue cheese but also enjoyed by everyone else as well. Try some in your mashed potatoes!!!

I think you should have let Maght (?) smell both wines. I was curious if maybe he might have smelled the peppers on the second or not.
