Found out that Gary Shaw President of Elite XC and Vice president paid Seth Petruzelli extra to STAND UP with Kimbo because they thougt Kimbo would knock him out because they knew if Seth got Kimbo on the ground, it would be over. They fixed the fight to Kimbo's advantage but did'nt go the way they planned. They are destroying the MMA sport by having this stand up crap. Save that for boxing...anyway, Kimbo did get TKO'd legit. There was no fix in the KO.

What swoll ass ppls did Kimbo take down? In his internet fights he takes on a bunch of hacks most of whom are overweight or does not match kimbo's strength and have no training. In the MMA they put him up against retired fighters like Tank Abott who is overweight, has no ground moves and can't match kimbo's strength blow for blow. He lost to a fat police officer (Gannon) who actually is trained to fight. His only other UFC fight he tapped out and no one called it. He never beat anyone good.

i agree that kimbo is a scary dude. but in the world of mma no one is scary. i think kimbo has no respect for mma. he thinks hes the best without even fighting someone from top 75. yeh the man can fight. but he better get his act straight and have more respect for his opponent. when the ref told them to touch gloves, he just walked back and didnt touch gloves with seth. only thing that bothered me was that the ref allowed seth to hit kimbo on the back of the a couple of times. those were bombs.

I am a practicing martial artists and he is one of my hero's. When he lost to Matt Hughes that was a disappointing fight to watch. He did not lose nearly as bad as Kimbo's disgraceful loss. Also he lost with respect, not to mentione that he was beaten by a man that trained in the martial art he created. So It was really a win win for him.

I don't think you got what i meant, what i meant was giving this was a HW fight we should judge seth as a HW for this bout and he did fight at HW all up until his bout with matt hamill, either way he is not a top 30 fighter in either weight catagory therefore explaining to kimbo noobs the magnitude of his failure, and that kimbo losing was no shock to real mma fans as seth even though isn't top 30 is a far stronger and more well rounded than kimbo.

Man, what makes me feel the worst is that nobody told you before this happened, Kimbo never was the real deal. XC trades on names, not stats. Tank Abbot has been a freakshow spectacle who's lost half his fights his whole career. Shamrock lost 7 out of his last 8.
