In the winter of 2007-08, some media folks were discussing trading Inge after Jones, Edgar Renteria, and Miguel Cabrera were acquired. Dealing Inge would have been a huge mistake.
I'm putting it out there Tiger fans. JOnes hits .279 17 Hrs 66 RBIs not great but what other 8th or 9th hitter puts up these numbers...a big pick up. Now lets trade Inge

Here we go Tiger Fans Jones this year Jones hits .279 13 to 17 HRs and 64 RBIs aint great but hes hitting 8th or ninth!
